  I’ve taken my car to Cen Cal Auto a few times now, and they’ve been great every time. They’re quick to respond, their prices are reasonable, and they’re honest about what actually needs fixing right now versus what can be monitored over time. The staff is friendly, and when I ran into an issue late on a Friday afternoon, they made sure I was taken care of before the weekend. Highly recommend.

  David and his team did a great job in servicing my transmission and my differential last week. However, he did say he was going to do something that he didn't do. He told me that when he got into it he would call to let me know the price for doing the job. (At least I think he said that.) He never did call, but later Alexis called to say my car was ready. He didn't tell me the charge either, but when I asked him he read the invoice line by line. The total was over $700, which seemed like a lot to replace the fluids in those two parts. Their labor charge is $195 an hour, which is the most I've ever paid. (I'm used to around $165 an hour.) The labor charge for doing the transmission was $304 so I guess it took over an hour and a half. With parts (a gasket and ATF fluid) that part of the job came in just under $400. The charges were similar for the differential. I think they do quality work and they're good to deal with, but their prices seem high.

  I have never felt so sure that I was receiving honest and personal service from an automotive shop ever in my long life. The team at CenCal led by Alexis and David, are not only professional, they honestly care about your situation and needs. I consider the whole shop my trusted friends and extended family. Never had such fine and sincere help. I can't give them any higher grade, but I would. Thank you my new friends at CenCal Automotive.

  Just want to express my gratitude to Alexis and the team at Cen Cal. We were treated great from the moment we walked in. Very professional and a clean working environment. Highly knowledgeable and would recommend you take your car or truck there for repairs. They fixed the problem with my girlfriend’s air conditioning in her car in a timely manner. We will return there for any future repairs we may have. Thank you everyone at Cen Cal.
