  I called yesterday and asked if I can drop off my car in the morning. I dropped it off 7:30 this morning and had an axle replaced, oil chance, and registration smog done and picked up the car at 3:30. Quality parts, great prices, and great service! I’m happy to say I’ll be back for all my automotive needs

  Verified Customer You won't be disappointed. I have been a loyal customer here for many years. After putting up with nasty shops with disgustingly filthy bathrooms and uncomfortable waiting rooms, some full of stinky tires and crabby misogynists, I used Yelp to find Valencia Auto Performance. I could not be happier. I could tell immediately that a woman was in charge. The owner and her late husband did everything to make their "guests". comfortable from a matching cozy couch and love seat to coffee and small fridge stocked with cold waters . They have WiFi and the cleanest bathroom you have ever been in. Her sweet husband passed away a few years ago and she hasn't skipped a beat in keeping things running smoothly. Sam is the head mechanic and treats me like family. I feel respected and cared for and recommend them to everyone. Their pricing is competitive and being next to a car rental agency they can hook you up with a rental if your repair is overnight. Sam always explains things to me and I go by every time I'm taking a long trip to make sure my car is in great of condition They also do smog checks

From the moment I arrived, Sam and the Staff exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service. Sam was incredibly friendly, personable, professional, and truly made my smog check experience smooth and stress-free. Sam took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made it simple for me to understand, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more special was the warm and friendly conversation we shared. We talked about me being a native of New Orleans, LA, while now living here in California, and Sam shared that he is originally from Jordan. We had such a genuine conversation about family and life that made the visit feel more personal than just a routine service appointment.
