I had to hire a detailer to clay and re ceramic my car because of the damage this car wash did to my paint. The detailer said "offering "ceramic coating" , "three step paint sealant" and "wax" is the most redudant buzzword claim i have ever heard". Apparently you cannot even do all of these together. DO NOT GO HERE if you take pride in your car. These people are trying to steel your money and will ruin your car. They use the cheapest of chemicals and noone knows what they are doing. You are basically getting your car washed at McDonald's and it will come out with way more damage then its worth!

I went during a free car wash promotion. I politely declined the membership offer two times, then offered to pay the $12.99 price for one wash before the conversation started turning into an interrogation as to why I didn't want to sign up. I promptly said, "Alright no thank you then" and took the bypass lane and left. Never going back to this chain as a whole, regardless of location. I could've gone THROUGH the car wash at Dapper Dan's or the gas station in the time it took me to attempt to pay for a single wash at this place. I get attempting to upsell, but they should take a hint and not keep pushing memberships after the person declines.

I went for the free wash to check it out tonight as I was being checked in the employee told me they were having a special one month where you can get the unlimited washes for $10 and I asked is this gonna auto renew I didn’t wanna be stuck into something like and he said no it’s a one time charge for a month that you get it for the month and then if you want, you can sign up for the membership after that I asked again are you sure it’s not auto renew and he said no. I asked if I could just pay that $10 deal in cash and has to be credit card well long story short I now got multiple emails From this car wash place where I see they signed me up for an auto renew. I never saw any terms or conditions. I asked if I could get a receipt or anything he said no it’s not necessary because the cameras will just pick up your license plate but in the email I got I saw that they signed me up for an auto pay automatic renew and there’s a penalty to canceling it if you try to cancel it within the first 45 days so it looks like I’m gonna have to dispute this with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau because this is complete fraud in contract law there is a thing where if there’s an intentional misrepresentation that you know someone would rely on to complete a deal that is fraudulent inducement you can get remedies for your damages. I think these people need to actually learn about contract law and don’t have your employees lying to customers. I also want to address the quality of the wash. It was kind of mid. There’s still a lot of stuff left on my hood and my grill then they came around when I was there by the vacuums and the guy was like so how was your wash and I was like well as you can see. I’m trying to clean up the stuff it didn’t get. Oh that’s great. Will you scan this QR code and give us a review and will give you a free air freshener that is why you are seeing so many “”five Star reviews. I do not recommend you go here at all.
