- LCLuke CassillyMay 20, 20261.0I had a bad experience when I returned my rental. I never got a walk around or any pre Inspection report when I picked up rental, that was my first mistake. Beware!!! When I drove home I parked in my driveway. When my daughter came home she noticed damage to rear driverside rear door, when I returned the rental the Manager blamed me for the damaged. Don"t sigh anything until you inspect the car first, I trusted this enterprise and never looked at car first before I left. They put a claim on me, and I responed with an email to corporate. I had to go to the BBB site to get help. One month later They decided to close there case but kept my $ 100.00 deposit. The damage was Large enough for them not to see it.
