  Corporate should look in to this location. Absolute joke. Long story short one of my vehicles needed battery ( 12v battery that costs 200+ ) called this wonderful location to ask them to pay for it over the phone and then to change it for my customers since I have comercial account. Store manager said since I have comercial account they can’t do that. Ok - can I pay full price as regular customer and then to change it not under the comercial account. At first he agreed but after I asked him to apply the 10% complimentary discount he completely refused to do it. This store is bleeding money and loosing customers and good ticket sales from sales managers with absolutely shitty attitude. First person that picked up the phone was super nice and helpful but once she transferred me to the manager it become worse. Anyway I called Oriley and they did everting I wanted over the phone and were happy to help. I will move my comercial account over to oriley and won’t bother anymore with that joke of an auto parts store.

  I went to AutoZone to purchase windshield wipers for my car and asked if someone could help me replace them. An employee named Oscar Sanchez told me that he could not help because they are not allowed to go outside when it is raining. The frustrating part was that it was not raining at the time. While I was walking back to my car to replace the wipers myself, I saw another AutoZone employee come outside to help a different customer replace their windshield wipers. This was very disappointing and made me question why I was told that no one could help me. I went back inside and expressed my concerns about the customer service. I was then told that they could send someone out to help me. I am still waiting. This was a very frustrating experience. I understand that there may be policies regarding employees going outside in certain weather conditions, but the explanation I was given did not make sense given that it was not raining, and another employee was helping another customer outside at the same time. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better and more consistent customer service to customers.

  I'm not the kind to leave reviews, but this was one experience I really appreciated at an auto parts store. For a Saterday it was actually really busy, but everyone still had such a good attitude and was really helpful. I really appreciated it.
