  I highly recommend Silicon Valley Bimmer, and I specifically want to give a huge shoutout to Michael. I brought my BMW here after a frustrating experience with another auto shop that couldn’t resolve a lingering 'Chassis Stabilization' and steering issue after an accident. My insurance was pushing back, trying to deny the claim by guessing it was a 'pre-existing' issue, and I was feeling completely stuck. That’s when Michael stepped up. While their talented technicians accurately figured out the severe damage to my steering system, Michael was the one who kept me updated and coached me on exactly how to deal with the insurance company. He brilliantly advised me to request the pre- and post-diagnostic scans along with the before/after alignment reports from the previous shop. That specific data was the exact 'smoking gun' I needed to prove the damage was a direct result of the collision, which forced the insurance to finally approve and cover my repair. Michael is an incredible advisor who genuinely advocates for his customers. If you need a shop with great mechanics and someone at the front desk who will actually fight for you, this is the place to go. Thank you, Michael and the entire team!

  Ricardo and his team are excellent and honest. I took my Z4M to them for 8 years. It is an older, rarer, and weirder model that has components across multiple generations. They took good care of it, provided solid advice, and would tell me when I didn't need to worry about certain repairs and how we could monitor for the need. It impressed me that they offered this path multiple times over the years when they could have just taken my money. I recently sold the car but anyone considering BMW ownership would do well to come to SVB!

  Just called in for a single door lock issue and was told 250$ just to diagnose. By far the highest diagnose fee I got including bmw dealers in the area. If you think it is fair, this is your place.
