  I had a great experience. Easily booked through AAA, appointment and details were correct upon arrival, the guy who helped me also was very patient in explaining my insurance questions, and they got my windshield replaced in the estimated amount of time. No complaints!

  Safelite was incredibly fast and efficient in helping me with my car. Jaime called ahead to let me know he would be arriving early, which I really appreciated. Not only did he arrive early, but he also worked quickly in the hot sun and reassured me that he was doing okay. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone in a tight bind, especially if Jaime is the technician helping you.

  Great! Getting OEM glass vs OEE glass was approved by Geico, appt was on time ie 1pm and Ryan had reviewed the work order / car and 1:10 came out to let me know he was starting and it would take ~2 hours. 2:57 it was finished and had parked my car in the shade (hot sunny day) to keep it cool. ADAS calibration completed and 3:15 I was driving away! Sent me all the paperwork to my email id and instructions to wait a day before waging the car. Very clean professional, nice waiting area! Thanks!!

  Just got my Tesla model Y windshield replaced at this Safelite location. Pretty painless process from drop off to pickup. No paperwork reimbursement with my State Farm insurance needed except for paying the deductible. Courteous staff and the even put back my parking sticker. They used Fuyao branded windshield fo the my car FYI.

  First time user here. I had a really positive experience with Safelite. We had an afternoon mobile repair scheduled but due to a reschedule from a morning session, we were offered an earlier visit— I appreciated that option. Our technician, Dolmis, was prompt, warm, courteous, and calm. He was happy to answer on-the-spot questions, and he was efficient with his work. I hope to goodness we won’t ever have to get our windows repair due to vandalism, but it’s comforting to know who to call.
