  I brought my car to Safelite for a small windshield chip repair, but unfortunately, the service left me with an additional problem. I came in expecting a minor chip repair, not additional damage to my windshield. I’m disappointed with the experience and would have expected more care and more communication when working on a windshield. When asked how they want to deal with the damage, they kept dodging responsibility and no reimbursement was provided.

  My greatest complaint with Safelite is the inability to speak with a live person. It was an ordeal to reach anyone regarding the replacement of my VW rear window. When it was finally replaced, the defroster nor AM radio worked. Reporting this to Safelite was next to impossible. The problem with the rear window occurred on August 11, and finally resolved on September 29. Will I use Safelite in the future? No.

  Easy to book, quick appointment time scheduled, very courteous staff and technician. Windshield replacement performed in under 4 hours and technician recalibrated my car for me! So happy.

  The windshield installation was very good! Everything leading up to the repair was NOT good. Driver made very little attempt to locate my address - he simply turned around and left and I had to chase the van down for an entire block. Driver made no attempt to verify my insurance approval until I insisted that he double check after attempting to charge me full retail. Even I had received approval from my insurance. The indifferent attitude and zero attempt to help the customer makes me hesitant to ever use Safelite again.
