Don’t go anywhere else. Eyer’s pulled off somehow perfectly installing a tow package on my Cayenne with aftermarket stuff, circumvented the need for programming anything, and no issues at all with upsetting the computer in the car and did it all in under 2 hours with no appointment because I told them it was an emergency (it was). The tech here is a genius and the owner works in the front and opened the business in the 60s and has been doing this for that long. They are experienced, accommodating, and miracle workers 🙏🏻
I brought my vehicle in with a hitch and 7-pin wiring kit I had already purchased, as I wanted to ensure specific quality parts were used and only needed labor for installation. They required an in-person visit with the vehicle and parts to provide a quote.
After checking everything, they quoted $670 for labor, which was significantly higher than another shop that had already quoted me around $500 for the same work. When I asked about the difference, the owner was honest and explained that since I brought my own parts, they adjust labor pricing to make up for the lost markup on parts.
While I do appreciate the transparency, this pricing model didn’t feel right to me. Increasing labor costs to offset not supplying parts doesn’t come across as customer-friendly, so I chose to go with another shop.

Cecil has been there for 50 years! It is a historical experience to notice how the biz is run by little notes, dog on the background and the all team came to help with the hitch design and installation.
