  The management and staff at this location are great. Not only do they care about their company, but they care about the customer experience and giving fair accommodations if needed. Joe and Joshua truly went above and beyond to make sure that not only my experience was not tainted, but to make sure I feel heard, understood, and taken care of as a customer should be. Highly recommend this location.

  I had a great experience with my Enterprise rental minivan. Starting at the De La Cruz location they were very helpful and getting me off on the road on a new adventure across country. They set me up with just the right vehicle and I was on my way. They were very friendly and very courteous. I never knew I would be in a rental for as long as I was - a full year, the first half worth every penny. Upon returning to California halfway through the year I had a little encounter with a new parking garage structure and at this time I found out things I didn't know about renting a vehicle like your own insurance does not cover you longer than 30 days in a rental when you no longer have your own car. Also that I could be getting points which were never introduced to me when I first took off in the vehicle, this of course is only through the internet. Lastly I was told by the corporate office that the vehicle that I was driving had been sold and that I was not supposed to drive it and they could not sell it to me or set me up with a similar vehicle which all my belongings fit into. luckily the manager at the Fort Pierce Florida office told me to go ahead and drive the vehicle back on my planned trip using my points that I had discovered through internet. When I arrived there I also planned another trip to New York and back on my points.You would think this would all be good and it was a wonderful trip. but as they say you take the good with the bad and he was a good manager but I never got my invoices on my phone I would always have to call and have them send the invoice after seeing it on my bill. This time I did not see any use of the points taking off my bill and he said he would need to speak with the corporate office to see what the problem was. He is gone now and to make the long story short the points we're never redeemed for either trip and we're put back on to my account . Many weeks of phone calls time and money and trying to just purchase the car for all the inconvenience finally worked out but not to my benefit So the last word is renting a car is great for short-term even by the month is great but don't get carried away like I did. When things go wrong take your money and run for it!
