  This is not the first year I’ve had the same issue with this company. I make a truck reservation in advance, arrive at the location, and then find out the truck is not actually available. I’m then expected to call around or drive to other locations trying to find one. What is the point of offering reservations if the vehicle is not guaranteed to be there? It wastes customers’ time and completely defeats the purpose of booking ahead. I would recommend calling the location directly and confirming the truck is physically available before relying on an online reservation.

  This was terrible experience! At last minute that say they don’t have what you reserved…. They really play with our family time and plans….. like someone else say they don’t even deserve 0

  Wow! Where do I begin! These people do not even deserve zero star review! Horrible experience and I am closing my door to this business forever after being a valuable customer of 20+ years. It all started with Incompetent call center making so many mistakes with our reservation misspelling my name and my email address then incorrect reservation dates…and after I confirmed everything 3-4 times. Still did not get it right! Then I had to call the following day to correct everything as I did not receive my reservation via email as promised…At that time I confirmed they would have the vehicle I requested, which was higher tier vehicle. We show up at their office to get our car then we learn that they do not even rent this type of vehicle. Then we spoke with the guy at the front desk who we tried explaining to what happened who did not even want to listen yet said “we will take care of you” and we have a big inventory. After that this other gal gets involved whose name I believe was Shelley, if she gave us the right name. She had poor listening skills as well and wanted us to repeat the entire experience entirely while our trip continued getting delayed. Then we learn they only had one SUV vehicle which was Audi. We asked about another white SUV sitting on the lot and we are told that belonged to someone else?? Ummm then where is the vehicle we rented? We go ahead and agree on renting that Audi vehicle then we are suddenly told we could not pay with our debit/credit card and that they could only accept “credit card” payment for this car. Then another customer pulls in dropping off a “Chevy Blazer” which was way worse and lower Tier vehicle from what we requested plus dirty and unsanitary. Zero consideration for our trip and our health and not to mention our time or the type of vehicle we needed and requested..unable to accommodate! I also have a serious health issue and should not have to rent a vehicle that is worse than what I already have plus dirty with other peoples germs. This is all they could offer!? Huge inventory!? What a joke! Please don’t do business with these scammers. I almost left in tears as the girl with poor customer service skills told us “oh well take it or leave it”. Then suddenly they offer to take our debit/credit card for the Chevy but not Audi? Unbelievable!! How can this be? You take one type of payment for one type of vehicle and not the other!? We told her to immediately cancel our reservation and walked away very frustrated and deeply disappointed. So much wasted time and so many mistakes accompanied with horrible customer service. What an inconvenience! This caused so must frustration for my entire family and delayed our trip tremendously which involved an elderly person and a minor child. We wanted to accommodate our disabled mom with a roomier SUV and simply got nowhere. We will never rent from Enterprise again.
