    I was helped with courtesy and professionalism even though I had to wait a little longer than what I expected since I already had a reservation, it was okay. I was not in a hurry but still it was a longer than expected wait. The car I received was brand new. It only had 3 miles on it before I left the lot, however, once I was driving off the lot, I noticed immediately that the low tire pressure warning light come on. Really? Brand new car? Sorry but that is just unacceptable. The reason for the rental car was because I was taking my family on a long road trip of at least 400 plus miles and to have low tire pressure warning come up was not good.
