  Thank you to Kayla for making my experience insightful and her patience in my car journey. My car was going under some repairs and Kayla was amazing in walking me through the process of working with the car sales department. I also want to take the moment to thank both Pat and Baby for being understanding and supportive. Both wonderful people who were flexible with my schedule and limited time. I did not buy the car I initially went for however Pat showed me other options. Which worked out even better! Thank you to Baby for walking me through the number breakdown and simplifying the process. My first car I got at a dealership (leased then bought but got totaled) and I’m so glad I went with enterprise for car purchase. I would definitely recommend this company. I am so grateful to Kayla for introducing me and both Pat & Baby for the opportunity of a great experience buying my first car :)

  The process of purchasing a car from Enterprise was a positive experience from beginning to end. Pat Bounnhangthvone was my sales rep who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and made the experience stress free without the pressure. The approach of getting to know what I was looking for and staying within my financial budget made it smoother and quicker to find the car for me. It was very transparent with her explaining step by step when purchasing the car. She was fantastic! (A+++) Baby was also very helpful in the process. I also want give a shout out to the other sales team members Kate and Kayla as well. Without them reaching out to me by phone or text, I probably wouldn’t have come in to look for a car. The whole team was great! I would highly recommend Enterprise Santa Clara if you are looking to purchase a car!
