  The entire Enterprise Car Sales team in Santa Clara are running the business amazingly! This was my first big girl purchase and both Hayden Byers & Felix Castillo walked me through the entire process. Not only did they help me find the right car but they also took their time to explain everything to both me & my dad. I also wanted to give thanks to Michael Suther for checking in with me and making sure my purchase was a success. 100000000/10000000 would recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic!

  I had such a great and positive experience with Enterprise Car sales. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They made my experience with buying a car smooth and easy. Francisco our sales consultant was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I will continue to give my business to them and to recommend them to others.   Kate went above and beyond to help us purchase our vehicle! She even drove 2 hours to meet us at a half way point since we needed the car asap. I would highly recommend.

  All the staff and those we interacted with were very helpful and nice. Felix C. started my process and transferred the vehicle I was looking at from San Leandro to a closer location which made it very convenient. Pat B. was the sales rep that was actually a transfer from the Steven creek location to Fremont and still was able to navigate and handle our transaction with grace and ease, I also used a credit union (Tech CU ) which had some issues with their CUDL program but with the help of Tyler B. everything went through. Gustavo also came by to check on us, offered something to drink and kept conversation light and cheerful while Pat and Tyler were working to finalize our purchase. I opted to pick up the vehicle the next day and the staff cleaned and detailed the vehicle and fixed some issues I noticed before making the purchase. They also included a giant green bow on the hood upon pick up which was a pleasant surprise. After taking the vehicle home I had some issues with the Apple car play and called the office, John found a quick fix that saved me some time of bringing the vehicle back to figure out how to get Apple CarPlay working. Overall it was a very pleasant and nice experience, purchasing a vehicle.
