  There’s a guy there with sunglasses on who is just plain rude and unhelpful. He said his name was Troy and when I came in to return something that didn’t fit he was starting to say you gotta have your receipt, but he noticed I had it in hand and then he said it has to be unopened. I asked him where does it say that he just throws the receipt back at me and says it’s in the back. It says it has to be an original packaging there’s nothing about being unopened. So whatever I will take it to another AutoZone and return, but when I asked him for a part and he said they’re right over there, you can help yourself and refused to even assist me finding the right part. I will refuse to go back to this AutoZone with employees like this

  Wasn't too busy when I went here. One guy was extremely knowledgeable, I think he may have been the manager. The kid behind the counter, not so much, but I was happy to see him trying

  Excellent customer service. The young buck who took my waste oil cleaned the pan super well. Appreciated it so much I ended up buying more than I came in for just to show appreciation .

  Just left this store: manager was making racist jokes with his employee, referring to Indian and Vietnamese customers with nicknames and making fun of their accents with his employee. Will never return.
