  Extremely disappointing experience with this AutoZone location. I specifically asked the employees to make sure the brake rotors they sold me were the correct fit for my vehicle, and I was told that they were. I trusted their recommendation, went home, removed everything necessary to install them, and only then discovered that the rotors were the wrong size and would not fit. Because of their mistake, I wasted a large part of my day taking everything apart, realizing the parts were incorrect, reinstalling the old parts, and then driving all the way back to the store. What made the situation even worse was that when I returned the incorrect parts and requested a refund, they refused to properly refund me. Selling a customer the wrong part after confirming that it fits is already frustrating. Refusing to make it right afterward is unacceptable. Very poor customer service, very poor parts verification, and absolutely no accountability. I would strongly recommend double-checking anything this location tells you before purchasing or installing a part.

  Exceptional Customer Service from Willie! I stopped by AutoZone early on a Saturday morning because I needed a battery hold-down bracket for my car. Willie showed me where the brackets were and then went above and beyond by coming out to my car to make sure I purchased the correct one. He even took the time to try to make the first option work, but ultimately determined that I just needed new arms to properly secure the battery. Willie went back out to my car, installed the correct parts, and made sure everything was secure before I drove away safely. You don’t come across customer service like this very often. Willie was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond! AutoZone in Santa Clara is lucky to have an employee like Willie. He deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Willie, for making what could have been a frustrating car issue such an easy experience!

  There’s a guy there with sunglasses on who is just plain rude and unhelpful. He said his name was Troy and when I came in to return something that didn’t fit he was starting to say you gotta have your receipt, but he noticed I had it in hand and then he said it has to be unopened. I asked him where does it say that he just throws the receipt back at me and says it’s in the back. It says it has to be an original packaging there’s nothing about being unopened. So whatever I will take it to another AutoZone and return, but when I asked him for a part and he said they’re right over there, you can help yourself and refused to even assist me finding the right part. I will refuse to go back to this AutoZone with employees like this
