  Make sure you call and speak with somebody before confirming your appointment. We had a Rivian that needed a windshield and their website specifically said that they could replace it and do the calibration at the Santa Barbara store, so we arranged our schedules appropriately, which was no small feat, and when we brought it in, they told us they could not help us because they could not do what their website said they could.

  Excellent service! I had my windshield replaced here and was absolutely delighted with the quality and level of service. What I particularly liked: Professionalism and speed: The work was completed carefully and on time, without any unnecessary delays. Material quality: They installed excellent windshield, the rain and light sensors worked perfectly, with no glare or distortion. Carefulness: The interior was left spotlessly clean, with no dust or small shards left after the job. Service and attitude: The staff was very polite, explained everything in detail, and gave clear recommendations for caring for the windshield in the first few days after installation. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a fast, high-quality, and reliable windshield replacement. I will definitely use them again if needed!
