- CNCor NellAug 19, 20262.0Enterprise desk closed at 11:30 am on a Wednesday. Move over to the National desk and wait 40 minutes in line to receive keys. No organization so two lines form and spread out through the airport, one line moving quickly and one line moving at a snails pace. Unclear why. I was 5th when I joined the line, I can’t imagine how long the people at the back will wait. Horrific. Only saving grace was receiving a decent car… not what I reserved, but it was fine.

At rental drop-off, she was there to greet me and saved me the trouble of going to the desk. She walked up to me in the parking lot and took my key and used her portable computer to process the drop-off and tell me my total. As a veteran with a disability, anything that can save me time and energy. This means a lot. Excellent customer service, and I hope she gets the recognition, promotions, and raises due to her in the future. She is a true asset to any company she works for, and I hope this company is wise enough to see that while they have her. As someone who has both worked in customer service and trained others in it, my customer service standards are high. May God bless Caris. Amen.
