- KKKal-El4 days ago5.0Caris made this entire rental process pleasant. She greeted me with a smile at pickup, had a positive attitude, and was extremely friendly to every customer and me. At rental drop-off, she was there to greet me and saved me the trouble of going to the desk. She walked up to me in the parking lot and took my key and used her portable computer to process the drop-off and tell me my total. As a veteran with a disability, anything that can save me time and energy. This means a lot. Excellent customer service, and I hope she gets the recognition, promotions, and raises due to her in the future. She is a true asset to any company she works for, and I hope this company is wise enough to see that while they have her. As someone who has both worked in customer service and trained others in it, my customer service standards are high. May God bless Caris. Amen.
