That they can pick you up from the nearby Amtrak train station is huge and they’ve been very accommodating the two times I’ve rented from them this year. It’s the closest rental car company to the Santa Barbara train station and is also an easy walk if luggage is not an issue. All of these reasons makes them my first choice for renting in Santa Barbara.
