- VMVincent ManninoSep 16, 20261.0We had a confirmed reservation at this Enterprise location and arrived at approximately 1:45 PM on September 16. When we arrived, the female employee working there told us, “We can’t help you,” and simply walked away. That was it. No attempt to locate a vehicle at another Enterprise location. No alternative offered. No meaningful explanation. Not even an apology or basic concern that we were on vacation and had planned our day around a reservation Enterprise accepted. I understand that rental locations can occasionally run into vehicle availability problems. What I cannot understand is treating customers this way when it happens. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we expected either our reserved vehicle or some effort to help us find a solution. The condition of the office made the experience even worse. The customer area was filthy and poorly maintained, with debris on the floors, dirty towels and cleaning supplies left around, trash, and a ceiling vent that appeared extremely dirty. I am posting photos because they speak for themselves. This significantly disrupted our vacation and cost us valuable time we cannot get back. We have filed a formal complaint with Enterprise corporate regarding both the failure to honor our reservation and the way we were treated. A reservation should mean something. And when a company cannot honor one, the absolute minimum a customer should receive is professionalism, empathy, and an effort to make things right. We received none of those things.
