  Mina was the best. He explained and educated us on the new EX90. Called in the morning for a test drive but was not sure what time. Towards the end of day, I was able to text Mina and when I arrived in 30 minutes, he was ready. You got to come here to buy your Volvo.

  After returning to Volvo today, the experience was completely different and much more positive. The manager, Alex, took the time to truly listen to our concerns, acknowledged the frustration we experienced, and gave a sincere apology. That level of professionalism and willingness to make things right really changed our impression and was greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize Al, our salesman, for being incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He treated us with respect, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable during what can be a stressful experience. His customer service stood out and made a big difference. We appreciate the effort the team made to address the situation and turn the experience around.

  I bought one of their trade-in vehicles last week and had a great experience at Volvo Cars Orange County. Leah in sales was incredibly helpful—although the car wasn’t a Volvo and she was less familiar with it, she still did her best to answer all of our questions. Since the car is a plug-in hybrid and wasn’t charged when we arrived, Leah made sure to get it on a charger so we could experience it in full electric mode. And even get a second test drive in. That extra effort really stood out. The finance team was also great—no pressure on add-ons, just clear explanations of our options. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. They even made sure we left with a full tank and the car looking spotless. Highly recommend thanks Y’all!

  I recently traded in my XC40 for an XC60 and had a great experience working with Leah. From the start, she was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated that she never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. Her excellent customer service truly made this the best car buying experience I’ve had.
