  Volvo-OC team made sale process smooth while we test drove the car several times and worked with several people but was still seamless on our end. They went the extra mile to pick up a car from another dealer while leaving the price unchanged when they did not have the exact color we were looking for.

  Dealing with Volvo has honestly felt like dealing with a mechanic on the corner of a street rather than a premium luxury brand. This is my second Volvo, and everything was going well until the car started repeatedly going offline. I brought it in last week, and I assumed the issue had been fixed. Sure enough, this week the exact same problem happened again. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that they expect customers to schedule appointments in advance to reserve a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, my car doesn't make appointments before it breaks down. When I explained that, I was simply told there were no loaners available and that I would have to deal with it. The service manager is never available to speak on the phone, and the salesperson I purchased the car from is always busy with other customers. No one takes ownership of the problem. The level of customer service has dropped significantly. I was planning to lease an EX30 when my current lease ends, but after this experience, I won't even consider another Volvo. It's extremely disappointing to pay for a premium vehicle and receive service that can't resolve an ongoing issue or provide a loaner when the vehicle is undrivable due to a recurring problem. Based on my experience, the service has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and far below what I expected from a luxury brand. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time and expect a call back management either!

  Volvo of OC posted a beatiful 2024 V90 B6 Plus from their showroom on CarFax. They're 100+ miles from me and I had no time to go there. Samuel in Sales took my phone call and agreed to handle everything, and delivered it to me in San Diego. He and Finance Mgr Alfred handled everything by phone, text and email. They worked with me remotely, provided everything I needed, answered all my questions, so we reached a deal, and they delivered the car to me next day. It's now in my driveway less than 24 hours since my first csll! Samuel and Alfred are A1 Class Acts! Volvo of OC has a couple of stars. I hope you get to meet while buying your next Volvo!
