  Everyone here is super nice, but especially Alexis C and Lewis who helped me out today with my oil change! They were quick and polite. They offered me other services, but we’re also super understanding and not pushy about them, which I really appreciate! I will definitely come back here for my next oil change.

  A Very pleasant experience, everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful, no hard sales pressure but they do let you know all their recommendations and let you decide. Price is higher than my regular auto shop that I go to, so any coupon code would help. I try to avoid lunch time, but coming at 1:30 pm is still considered lunch time, it was very crowded but that is a good sign that everyone loves Valvoline. Thank you everyone at Valvoline Santa Ana CA.

  Monica and Gavin at Valvoline were great today. Monica the manager was super helpful, had a really good sense of humor, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of stressful. Gavin took the time to explain things on my 6.0 diesel and actually seemed like he cared about doing the job right instead of just rushing me through. They replaced my fuel filters and oil, showed me what they were doing, and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb for asking. Overall just really solid customer service and a way better experience than I expected from a quick oil change place.

  Being a night shift nurse, my experience here was super easy and convenient. Technicians were friendly and explained everything they did. They were able to tell me exactly how much tire rotation and transmission fluid cost individually. Answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Service was completed by Josh and Juan. They were super awesome and I would definitely be coming back because of their friendliness and professionalism. Thanks for making my oil change quick easy and painless

  I rate 5stars for the good and convenient services by their staff, but for the pricing, here what I got (after Groupon disc): - full synthetic oil : $66 - radiator liquid : $102 - 2 lights : $32 A bit too much for a radiator don’t you think? And the computer suddenly went off until it online again after the service was almost done, so I didn’t get any invoice yet to cross check the details, let’s see after they email me the invoice. Not forget to mention, I asked for 5W30 but they mistakenly put 5W20 but after I explained the staff replaced it with the right one. Very good respond on this 🙏👍🏻 but I prefer if they could done it right since the first place
