  Probably one of the oddest National locations I've been to, it's like walking into an auction house or the trading floor at the stock exchange. National associates yelling over each other and expecting the customer to hear them. The car was fine but man that office was wild

  Staff moved with intention understanding that when traveling you are anxious to get moving. I appreciated the preparation in having my vehicle and keys all ready to go. Drop off allowed us to move on to the terminal without delay. Emailed receipt was delivered quickly and accurately

  I recently rented a vehicle through National Car Rental and had two very different experiences. At the Long Beach Airport location, the representative I worked with was rude and did not seem interested in helping me. Because of the limited availability of larger vehicles, I ended up taking whatever vehicle I could get and drove to the John Wayne Airport location. The team at John Wayne Airport immediately provided a much better customer experience. There were not many larger vehicles available, and both the staff and customer service team were actively checking other locations and airports to find a solution. During the process, my reservation was somehow deleted, which created an even bigger challenge. Thankfully, Aziz and Constantine stepped in and went above and beyond to help. They worked diligently to restore my original reservation and ultimately secured the vehicle I needed for my trip. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. As an Executive member who has been using National for several years, I can honestly say that National has consistently provided the vehicles I need and excellent service. The John Wayne Airport location has always been especially helpful, and this experience reinforced that opinion. A special thank you to Aziz and Constantine for their outstanding support and dedication. I was truly grateful for their help and exceptional customer service. They are a great example of how customer service should be done. Thank you!
