  I rented a BMW to take to my son's wedding in Idaho. Everything was great until we got a flat. Well the BMW uses a run flat tire so I had to call a tow truck. Before it left I called the Boise airport enterprise to make sure they could give me the same or similar they assured me no problem. I get there and guess what it was a problem. After waste a half a day. I left with a car that was not the same or similar. I went back to the airport the next night and as luck would have it. I got the same BMW back with a new tire. When I returned the car back to SNA 2 days late. Richard was awesome he worked with me and we both came to an agreement on the total. And I left as a satisfied customer. Thanks again Richard. Mike

  I've been having a long-term car issue and had to rent from this location multiple times. This location has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Sarah was absolutely amazing at handling my requests.

  Rented at SNA this week. Always a great rental experience with Enterprise. Brand new car, super clean, and it works for my needs.

  My flight arrived 30 minutes early so I advised my rental agent that I was early. He stated it was not a problem. However, after receiving my email he had changed my return time by 30 minutes after saying it wasn't a problem. This changed my rental price by $40. The stereo didn't work in the car. 4 days of driving in silence sucked. I was told it had a full tank so I had to return it full. It had 289 miles to empty at pick up. I filled it upon returning it and it was 391 miles to empty. It obviously wasn't full and at $6 a gallon, I got screwed over on that deal. The front tire made a squealing noise that didnt feel safe. I couldn't find the problem but something wasn't right. To top it off, I'm an Enterprise employee and I'm ashamed at how I was treated as an employee. Feel sorry for non employees if this is how they operate. Totally disappointed with Enterprise.
