⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing customer service at this AutoZone location in Fountain Valley. I will never shop at this store again. I went to return a product I had purchased for $30, but the employees initially told me they could not accept the return because I did not have the receipt. After I expressed my frustration, they changed their response and said they could offer me store credit. However, they were only going to give me $10 for a product I had paid $30 for! I had to question the cashier about the amount, and it was only after the supervisor got involved that the cashier realized they were about to give me significantly less than I should have received. This experience showed a serious lack of employee training, product knowledge, and customer service. On top of that, the information I received regarding headlight replacement products was incorrect. Customers should be able to trust employees to provide accurate information and help them purchase the right products for their vehicles. The prices are already high, and the last thing customers should have to deal with is incorrect information and employees who don’t seem to understand the products they sell or how to handle returns properly. AutoZone needs to seriously improve employee training and customer service at this location. I do not recommend this store, and I will not be returning.

They were very busy with customers already in the store but I was greeted and asked to wait. I could not find what I needed due to the complexity of car fluids now. After about 10 minutes or less maybe a gentleman looked up my car info, went and grabbed what I needed, sold me a funnel and I was out the door with pleasant small talk and niceties. Better price here than O'Reilly and they offer to come out and help. I know Autozone does too because they were under a hood out in front but I guess I looked capable! Highly recommend, good parking, easy access, and you can put your hood up if you need to!

I had such a great experience with Justo at AutoZone. My car battery unexpectedly died and he was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. He took the time to check everything, helped replace the battery, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. Excellent customer service and definitely someone who deserves recognition! :)
