  Today I visited AutoZone to have my battery replaced. Unfortunately, my initial experience at the location on McFadden and Saint Andrew Street was disappointing. The customer service I received from an employee named Angel was poor and did not meet my expectations. However, I came to this autozone next on McFadden a standard I am grateful that Tony was working that day because he completely turned my experience around. He provided outstanding customer service, took the time to understand my battery issue, and worked diligently to help me find a solution. He even involved his manager to ensure all of my concerns were addressed. In addition, he offered valuable advice about my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. Although I was unable to get the manager's name, both Tony and the manager demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine willingness to help. Their efforts made a significant difference and restored my confidence in AutoZone's customer service. Because of the excellent assistance I received from Tony and his manager, I would still recommend this AutoZone location. Thank you for going above and beyond to help a customer in need.

  I came here yesterday because my check engine light was flashing and needed to get it checked ASAP. Oscar helped me by running the test and helping me figure out what the problem could be. He was very knowledgeable and helpful every time I came in looking for a part/tool. Ive been trying to learn how to work on my own car and he was able to give me good advice on some things. With his help,I was able to get back on the road without needing a mechanic.

  This place is called Tacos Mendoza, they operate out of the back of their home but the food is amazing!! Come try them out and help support this small business!! You'll enjoy the food. 😀

  Trato pésimo Acabo de ir a a recoger una batería q deje cargando la cual compre ahi mismo pero lamentablemente el manager de esa tienda solo me trato mal y me dijo q no podía darme nada q le hiciera como quisiera y q no iva a regresar nada estoy seguro q no tiene nada q ver con la tienda si no es q no tienen personal capacitado para tratar de una buena manera al cliente de hecho grabe ala persona q me atendió y q dijo q no podía hacer nada y q me retirara y pues subiere ese video alas redes sociales para q vean la manera de tratar ala gente en esa sucursal

  I bought a battery that costs $120 + $10 tax + $20 core. I brought in a dead battery to get credit for the $20 core and paid about $130 total. Unfortunately, the terminal arrangement was incorrect so I came back the next day to exchange the unused new battery for the correct one which happen to cost the same. Instead of the transaction being simple to exchange same-value batteries, they said I owe for ANOTHER core charge. This became an arguement of them treating me like I cannot do simple math. I then just wanted to return the battery and refund the $130 transaction but when I asked for my original dead battery, they wanted me to pay $20 for it! The gentleman who can barely speak English had a condescending attitude on his high-horse "schooling" me on how math works. I did not know such intelligence existed. It appears the level of intelligence to work here at AutoZone must be way above mine.
