  Rental car services, especially at airports can always be hit or miss and sometimes theyre a nightmare. Luckily the exact opposite is the case for this location. Easy access, mostly due to the nature of SNA, pick up and drop off were exceptionally smooth. The exact car class I reserved was what I got and they werent pushy for upgrades or electric cars. Would happily rent from again.

  Omar at the counter at SNA was super helpful and knowledgeable. SO GLAD WE CHOSE ALAMO! No hidden fees, great car, easy in, and easy return. The gentleman at BUR return was also very friendly and efficient. Thank you team! We will be renting again.

  I rented a car from Alamo at SNA. The car itself was great, but my experience with the return process was very disappointing. About 45 seconds after dropping off the car, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the center console. I immediately went back and told the staff, but the car had already been moved. They referred me to the manager, who said they would check the vehicle. Later I was told they checked the car and my charger was “not there.” I clearly remember leaving it in the center console. I know it was my fault for forgetting it, and I even apologized for that, but it’s frustrating that it suddenly disappeared right after the car was taken. This experience left me feeling like items left behind in returned cars may not be handled very carefully. Just a heads up for anyone renting here—double check your car before you hand it back.
