  0/5 Experience- Passive Aggressive Service, Foul Vehicle, and Ridiculous Fees: My experience at the San Ramon location was completely unacceptable. I am a professional in Commercial Real Estate, yet during check-in, the agent (a tall young man with dark hair) made condescending, subtly prejudiced assumptions about me—dismissing my background and bizarrely asserting that I was talking about "factory work." The passive-aggressive tone was entirely unprovoked and deeply offensive. On top of the microaggressions, the entire process was unnecessarily difficult: Excessive Demands: I was subjected to intrusive questioning, including demands for a secondary phone number and a local address, despite explaining I was simply driving straight to the airport for a flight home to WA. Absurd Pricing: I was charged $150 plus a $300 deposit for a 5-hour rental. Just days ago, I paid $205 for a 3-day rental with zero deposit at another Enterprise branch (SMF to Oakland) where the service was 10/10. Foul Vehicle Condition: The car reeked horribly of a combination of harsh Lysol and cat odor. Paying $150 to deal with prejudice, invasive sign-off demands, and a foul-smelling car for five hours is ridiculous. San Ramon needs serious retraining on basic respect and customer service. I will never return to this location.

  After been hit by a wheel chock that destroyed the windshield of the rented car I was driving on the 680 fw around Danville, I was oriented by an Enterprise agent, to drive the car to the most near Enterprise office, the office in San Ramon, after arrive to that office, I explained the situation to the woman in the from desk, she told tha she only have a truck available, I told her that I need smaller car, I ask her to help me contacted other near office looking for any available, she said that she can't helped and I must call my self, at the end I have tu return to the original office in Antioch and they replace the car. The agents in Antioch Location they are very nice and professionals, they provide the same car size I rented, I was grateful for they help.

  This location always has friendly staff and I’ve never had any issues with the vehicles I’ve rented. They have a decent selection of cars to choose from. I’ve been in when it’s busy and when I’m the only customer and the customer service is what keeps me renting from this location.

  This location showed active inventory for a 15-passenger vehicle, yet when it came time to pick it up, they just made excuses and claimed they didn't have it. To make matters worse, I contacted Enterprise corporate, and they did absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation. Do not be fooled by a reservation confirmation from Enterprise—it means absolutely nothing. How can a massive company issue an official confirmation number when they don't even have the physical vehicle secured? Enterprise desperately needs major system improvements. They need to respect the people who spend their valuable time and trust planning trips around these confirmations. Instead, they wait until the last minute to tell you they don't have a car, blaming "glitches," offering endless excuses, or just cancelling without notice. They clearly only care about repeat corporate clients. This misleading system caused a last-minute trip cancellation, giving me a massive headache and uninvited stress. Enterprise corporate tossed me around to a few different locations today, promising a vehicle they never delivered, and again, corporate did nothing. Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. Avoid this San Ramon location.
