- AEAnna EngbergOct 7, 20265.0I always have a great experience here, just wanted to give a shout out in particular to Konya, Jineshia, Jordan and Nathan Who are professional super informative fast and very much appreciate the non-pushy approach to giving me what I need and accepting that I can’t afford anything else right now ha ha. Seriously they were great, this is the only place I ever go for oil changes.
- EJErica JOct 5, 20265.0I've been to this Valvoline a handful of times. I stopped here yesterday afternoon on a Sunday October 4th. To do a quick oil change I was immediately greeted by a younger gentleman who told me where to park my car for the moment. And then another gentleman by the name of Travis he was very friendly took all of my information. They got my oil change done quick. Thank you Valvoline crew.
- HEHenry EscobarOct 3, 20261.0Sorry but not a good place to get your oil change. They dropped the oil cap and didn’t even tell me so I was driving my truck for about a month without it. I only noticed because I lifted the hood and noticed it missing. Truly a bad place ! No cap !
- BTBrianna ThompsonSep 25, 20261.00 stars if I could. I went in for an oil change and was told my car had a head gasket issue, yet they still recommended changing the oil. I followed that recommendation, but my mechanic later found that the oil was dirty and advised that an oil change was not the appropriate course of action for the issue. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars between this business and my mechanic. I spoke with customer service and was denied a refund. After this experience, I would not trust this location or anything they tell you about your vehicle. The service I received was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
