  Had a wonderful experience with Sixt in San Rafael! Ihab helped us with our rental and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived late when they were almost closing, but he was still incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were extremely satisfied with the car and all of its features. Everything was seamless, from picking up the vehicle, enjoying the car, to returning it. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely come back to Sixt for future trips, especially this location. They have an amazing selection of cars, and I honestly wish I had discovered them sooner! If you’re looking for a great rental experience, I highly recommend Sixt San Rafael. Ask for Ihab, you’ll be in great hands! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth every penny!

  Great experience with Sixt! Ihab was especially helpful, friendly, and accommodating, making the whole rental process smooth and easy. The car was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. I would definitely rent from Sixt again!

  I go to sixt over other rental companies for one reason, Customer service. The cars are great, and allow you to travel in a fashion that doesn’t make you look like a tourist but, the bottom line is you can expect a higher tier of customer service with Turo. I rented a vehicle at the San Rafael location from a gentleman named Ihab, and it reminded me of why I choose Turo first. He provided a personalized level of care and attention. Not only was he superbly mannered during our interaction, but also kept his cool during an encounter with an individual who was stressed and short with him. Another great turo experience.

  I am on holiday in California, and rented a car from SIXT, in San Rafael . The branch manager , IHAB AL-QADOUMI was just fantastic at his job. He gave exemplary customer service. We got a beautiful new SUV , all terms and conditions were explained. The price was very competitive, and I would certainly choose SIXT again if I am renting a car anywhere in the World . Thank you IHAB for your wonderful service.

  This was a fantastic car rental service Ihab Al Qadoumi the manager could not have been more helpful in picking the right car and making sure we had all the right insurance cover and support We had a wheelchair user with us and he insured in giving him extra attention to make sure he was comfortable with the car A first class service, competitively priced from a first class team
