Really great experience with Sixt. The car was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was easy. Mr. Ihad was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to help us with everything we needed. It was really nice dealing with someone who genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. I would definitely rent from Sixt again, and I really appreciate Mr. Ihad’s help!

A completely flawless experience with Sixt! I had booked our vehicle months in advance, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Upon our arrival, the young representative was fantastic during pickup: since the Tahoe wasn't available, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Even when we hit a snag, a flat tire in Los Angeles, Sixt handled everything seamlessly. They swapped the car out for the exact same model that very day. As a traveler from France, I am thoroughly impressed by this level of customer service and efficiency. We will definitely choose Sixt again for our next trip! Alex from Paris (France)
