  It was an awesome experience\! The team was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and provided me with great advice on what to focus on to keep it in excellent shape\. I really appreciated their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to take the time to explain everything\. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

  They kept my wife's car for 24 hours then told us it'd cost $1200 to fix the window. We had to pay $240 to get the car back ("cost of the diagnostic"). We brought the car to D and K Collision Repair Center in San Rafael and they fixed it within 24 hours for $140. EDIT: the owner's response makes no sense. Why would an inexpensive fix be a bad fix? Inexpensive does not mean "cheap". The window's now working just as expected, I wonder what extra features - besides going up and down - their $1200 fix would have given us...

  Great experience, would recommend them to anyone, totally reasonable, appreciate reimbursement of Lyft costs. Have always been treated well, no complaints!

  Japan Auto is fabulous! They are very accommodating and they bend over backwards to give you the best possible service! They even helped my friends who had pulled up to the curb too close and got a flat tire! They changed her tire! I love having a full service auto shop that I can trust and that is Japan Auto!

  Hannah and David are rockstars! My radio was locked out. I had planned to go to the dealership but Khoa from Fixit sent me here and thank goodness he did. Friendly, efficient, and more than affordable. Thanks so much, I will def recommend and be back 🚗✨ Oh! And David noticed the battery box was loose (which doesn’t help keep my radio working) and tightened it up, no charge. LEGEND
