  My community in the know made the suggestion years ago. Best advice ever. I drive north 30min from city to see them, thats how great the care is here. From the hospitality down to the experience and sure handedness of the mechanics. And just as dependable as the service, their advice and rolodex of others in area if it becomes a body work issue. Cant say enough nice things. A+

  The team here is outstanding. I brought in my daughter’s car expecting to face a brake repair bill in the thousands because of the warning lights that had come on. From the moment I arrived, Hannah was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Josh spent the entire day thoroughly inspecting the car, so I was preparing myself for bad news. Instead, he was completely honest and explained that the brake system was actually in good shape and didn’t need replacement. He easily could have recommended unnecessary work and charged me for it, but he chose honesty over profit. That level of integrity is rare these days. I truly appreciate their professionalism and transparency, and I’ll absolutely be coming back in the future. Their honesty and customer service are second to none.

  i visited japan auto repair yesterday for the first time and engaged them to do an oil change, etc on my 2nd gen 4runner. i was quite impressed with tayler's transparency and the way in which he worked with me. it was also huge pleasure, to have had dialogue, after the procedure, with dario regarding pertinent issues related to my vehicle. thank you so much! i will be back.
