  Japan Auto Repair provided excellent on time service and gave us solid, good advice about how to avoid similar problems we were experiencing with our Mazda CX-5. The service they provided was fast, reasonably priced, and useful. I can't bestow anything better on them. Let me just say, IN ALL ASPECTS, Japan Auto Repair was outstanding.

  Japan Auto has been my go-to service and repair shop for quite some time. My very first experience was a drastic price difference quoted by the dealership and the actual work performed by Japan Auto. They not only followed the dealership’s recommendations, but added some preventative work as well, all for about 30% less. 👍 for Dario, David and Josh.

  Japan Auto Repair has made me feel confident in my driving experience. Several years ago, I was looking for a repair shop for my 2002 Volkswagen. There was an air of calmness and efficiency among the employees. The first thing that I observed when I approached Japan Auto Repair was a clean and orderly shop. I worked in an auto repair shop many years ago, and this shop is well run. I decided that this was where I wanted to take my car, and I am glad that I did. They have done extensive work on my Volkswagen, and on my mother’s 1996 Nissan. Making an appointment with Hannah and Taylor is simple and pleasant. They will not make you feel rushed or ignorant for not knowing about the inner workings of your car. Through the years, I have seen that everyone in there can do the office work, so there is no scrambling. Dario, who has done the most work on my car, has always taken the time to show me the 24 year-old parts that needed replacing, when he has completed the work. Dario and David are a formidable team. Japan Auto Repair is not interested in selling as much as they can, before need. They will not send you down a rabbit hole of “It will cost between $ and $$ to repair” and make you lose sleep. They will swiftly diagnose the problem and give you a very fair estimate for the repair. They will also make recommendations about potential problems that will need attention in the future, but are low-key about it (do what they recommend!) and the decisions are yours to make. No pressure, whatsoever. Japan Auto Repair offers excellent value for their thorough and careful work. I know exactly what I am getting. I recommend Japan Auto Repair because they give me a smoothly running ancient car and complete peace of mind. I will take my car there, for as long as I drive!
