  I paid $45 just for an exterior wash, because inside they only vacuumed the carpet—everything else was still dirty, including the dashboard and seats.

  I paid $70 for a hand car wash and was very disappointed with the quality of service. There was still visible bird poop residue left on my car when they told me it was ready. I pointed it out to the employee before leaving, and instead of addressing the obvious stain, she wiped other areas of the car and ignored the actual area I was concerned about. Upon inspecting the rest of car, there were pieces of lint from the towel that got stuck on the decals and dirt and bug residue were still visible. For the price they charge, I expected much better attention to detail and a commitment to making things right. Unfortunately, the service did not match the cost, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

  Customer service was good and the staff was professional. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. I purchased the Gold package, but my car was still dirty afterward. The display screen was not wiped down, and the interior was not vacuumed thoroughly. I expected a more detailed result for the level of service I paid and tipped for.

  No real experience - they closed like 40mins earlier than expected, which it is what it is so couldn’t get my car washed
