  Wanted to pick up a car for a day trip to Monterey, overall it was a super smooth process. Emily was a great help in the car pickup process, the vehicle itself was very clean and reliable and dropping off the car after hours. Thanks Emily for helping to make this such a great stress-free experience.

  Gave me a car with 1/4 of a tank. Do you know how hard it is to plan to end a trip with 1/4 of a tank? Fill it up next time - the gas station is 500 yards down the road. Also, the website up sold me to a larger car ($10 per day) and I was offered the original (smaller car) when I go there! They switched me to another, but I do not know if it was actually the next class up, or if I was dudded. Two stars, one each for the nice people (Emily at the counter, and the chap who gave me a lift 2 miles home after the rental.)

  I have not been reimbursed for towing I had to pay for out of pocket when their car broke down. It has been over 3 weeks. I am quite upset. —- Update: Check arrived ~3 months later after calling to follow up.

  A very positive experience with Enterprise. When I left my car at the repair shop, they came to pick me up, brought me to their office, and everything was very convenient and well-organized. I received exactly the car I was hoping for — a Mercedes-Benz — in excellent condition. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the staff were polite and efficient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again!! Respectfully, Nini!!
