I specifically asked whether that would allow enough time since they close at 6:00 PM, and was assured it would. I arrived early at 3:30 PM after dealing with heavy traffic, only to be told upon arrival that there wouldn’t be enough time to complete the service. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the timing had already been discussed and confirmed in advance. Due to the lack of coordination and respect for my time, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
