  Tim and his assistant Angel made installing my new AC look like a breeze. They effortlessly lifted off the old Dometic unit (which weighs well over 100 lbs) and then installed a new one of similar weight without any issues. The installation was done thoroughly and carefully, and they even shared helpful tips to keep the unit running well long-term—including recommending a surge protector to protect it from power spikes. Highly recommend their service!

  Tim is amazing! Very personable and very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Called last night with a leaking toilet and he came out this morning and replaced it and even took the time to run down some other suggestions for maintenance and upkeep with my very curious husband! Totally worth the 5 star reviews. Thanks again, Tim! Will definitely call again if we have anymore leaks or other repair needs. :)

  Tim was very thorough and his explanation of what was possibly going on with the fridge in my camper. I appreciate the time he took out of his day to do this.

  Highly recommend EWT for any RV diagnosis, repairs needed. Tim and Angel arrived right when they said they would and got right to work. Very professional, skilled, pleasant and capable. When I had first enquired, Tim got back to me quickly, and we scheduled the time right away. One of the issues was the AC fan would not turn on. Tim and Angel quickly diagnosed and he had the needed capacitor to get it up and running right away. Also checked over how it was performing and showed me some things to do to maximize performance. IF/when I have any further issues with my RV, I'll be calling Tim for sure!

  Called tim be ause I was uncertain how to get my propane for my fridge running. He walked me through it over the phone and got me fixed up in minutes. Great service, very knowledgeable.
