Friday night I received a message I could save time by "Checking In" with credit card et al. So I checked in to pay for the rental and save time. Again received confirmation of check in. Saturday morning at 9:55 I received a call saying "Sorry, we don't have any vehicle for you." Totally screwed up my plans and made it impossible to find a replacement vehicle. What is the point of reserving a vehicle?? Very poor customer service!!
