  Yesterday I went in to Enterprise at the airport the gentleman that was working was very informed and acknowledge what I was trying to do and the reason why I was trying to rent a car for future date. And other customers were walking up behind me trying to get dropped off some keys and the customers that did that I thought that was rude to him and to me. Acknowledge them took their keys and was able to focus back on what I was trying to do. With very good composure and customer service. And this was on June 27th 2026, I want to say thank you sir for your multitasking, thank you for your information it was very helpful and looking forward to pick up my car on the date that I need it.   Car was not ready to rent. The low wiper fluid bell and orange flashing light kept coming on. There was two initials “HQ” painted on each of the front side windows that took me forever to get off. Also they charged me a $300 deposit over and above the cost of the rental. When I made the reservation several weeks before that, they did not tell me I would have to put that up ahead of time along with paying for the car ahead of time. In addition, I made the reservation several weeks I. Advance for a 10 day rental. When I got there, they only had two cars left, one was a van the other a car. They did not reserve the car I had rented in advance. They have lost my business.

  I have had the worst experience with this branch. I rented a car from them for a weekend to visit a family wedding. It was a two day rental, which was returned on time. The agent instructed me to leave the keys in the car, which I did. When I saw the charge finalize, it was $200 higher than originally quoted. I called and was told they recorded the return date on a Wednesday vs the Sunday I had returned it. They said someone would call to correct it, nobody called. I called the following week, I was told it was escalated and someone would call me. Again, nobody called. I called a third time the next week, I was told it was escalated again and someone would call me back. Again, nobody called. I have proof from my phone records of when the vehicle was returned, the fact that it has not been corrected is astonishing. Do not rent with this company. And to whoever from management that will read this review, I hope you will comment back with a direct phone number that I can reach a manager to get this resolved.

  Edit: in reply to what feels like a copy and paste response: I did already email enterprise customer service. Here is my rental agreement number: #3MKTTB. You have my information. Please make this right. My 4-day rental had a base rate of $521.89, but taxes and fees added another $217.75 (42% more). The San Luis Obispo return process was also unclear in the app and required a walk to the terminal desk with no advance instructions. The old Enterprise office was clearly marked right in front of the old terminal. GPS points to the end of the new terminal but there's no clear signage where Enterprise counter is from outside the building. Hoping Enterprise can improve transparency on both pricing and location-specific return guidance.
