- XUXavier UrbinaJul 23, 20264.0Upon arrival you could definitely tell this was the cheapest option here at the SBP Airport. There was quite the line and felt bad for the guy at the desk. I booked a compact SUV and was offered an upgrade to a larger SUV. I took that and it was a 26 Terrain that didn’t have A/C. Ended up having to go back in line and get a replacement and for being a brand new car the second cars steering wheel was completely unraveled. It was just an ok experience, got us to where we needed to go while out on the central coast!

I've rented from Enterprise for over 2 decades, and never been charged hidden fees like this. They calculated "excessive mileage" as anything over 0 miles, and then hid behind 50+ page agreements not in the original contact in order to keep the money. Avoid at all costs - take your business elsewhere.
- DMDaniel MeyersJun 28, 20265.0Yesterday I went in to Enterprise at the airport the gentleman that was working was very informed and acknowledge what I was trying to do and the reason why I was trying to rent a car for future date. And other customers were walking up behind me trying to get dropped off some keys and the customers that did that I thought that was rude to him and to me. Acknowledge them took their keys and was able to focus back on what I was trying to do. With very good composure and customer service. And this was on June 27th 2026, I want to say thank you sir for your multitasking, thank you for your information it was very helpful and looking forward to pick up my car on the date that I need it.
