  The counter person was professional and efficient. I was surprised to have to walk quite a ways to the actual cars at San Luis Obispo Airport. I misunderstood the map I was shown and ended up down on Broad street. Eventually I figured out the lot was up the hill by the old terminal. Being that far away made drop off tricky too because I had some bulky baggage to check that I couldn’t schlepp from the drop off lot. I worked it out without getting a ticket but I wonder how other folks do it.

  Best and most convenient car rental in recent years. The counter staff were efficient and courteous. Easy pick up and drop off. Will definitely use Enterprise next time I am renting from San Luis Obispo!

  I reserved a vehicle for tomorrow and was just called and told there are no cars available due to spring break. While I understand high demand happens, the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. When I asked if there were any nearby locations or alternative options, I was told “there are no cars in the county” and that they had already called 50 other customers with the same message. No solutions were offered, no effort to help, and not even a simple apology. The call ended abruptly with the representative hanging up. Cancelling a confirmed reservation last minute is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer support made this experience far worse. Truly awful customer service.
