  I have had a great experience with the Enterprise location on Broad Street in San Luis Obispo. The customer service is excellent, both online and in person. The online booking process is easy, the vehicles are always clean and ready for pickup, and the overall rental process is smooth and hassle-free. I regularly rent from this location when attending work conferences and have never had any issues. Overall, it has consistently been a positive experience.

  My husband and I decided to rent a car through the local Enterprise franchise in San Luis Obispo, CA rather than dealing with the airport rentals at the airport. From the initial reservation to the final drop off everyone was professional and courteous, and helpful. The prices were reasonable and the car was exactly what we reserved. Overall, I would highly recommend using Enterprise in San Louis Obispo CA. They even include a complimentary ride to and from the Amtrak Station in town.

  Made the mistake of booking with this company instead of another car rental agency at the same airport. Very shady in not only the way I'm getting charged, but also how you can't even directly contact them. With their neighbor agency, when I booked a time outside of open hours through Amex (so I couldn't see their open hours) I could call a number that went straight to their desk and coordinate for late night car pickup. With Enterprise, their phone number goes to a random call center that told me as long as I entered my flight info (which I did) there will be a way to get my car up to 2 hours after hours. There was no one there. THE WORST PART was, when I picked up my prepaid car rental the next day, instead of taking off the price of one business day, they readjusted my daily rate so that my final bill was the same. If that doesn't scream shady business practices I don't know what does. Basically got told to talk to Amex about my billing, but when Amex tried to look into it, Enterprise completely wiped the original daily charge info so there was no way to tell how much i should be getting back

  They gave me false information about my deposit return and I still do not have my money. They are playing with my time and money 💰
