  The absolute worst the customer service I have ever had in any industry! Specifically called in to customer service early. 8:00 mountain time. Enough time that if I needed to make changes to my reservation I could. Was explicitly told from corporate that they do close at 11:00 p m. However there will be someone available for up 2 hours after 11:00 to make sure that you get your rental. I arrived at 11:12 p m. There was no one available corporate could do nothing.There was no help available at all. I tried calling the manager at that location (Timi) .Everything and every phone option goes directly to corporate.They don't take any phone calls. I was required to uber to my hotel. And then uber to the work site. Tried from 6 AM California time until 330 California time to reach someone and get a rental and get information. No one contacted me no emails, nothing Extreme black hole nothing no communication whatsoever. Had to go with a completely different company and paid significantly more. Because of the lack of communication with this location. $94 uber from the airport, $28 to get to job site and $14 to go to a difrent rental company.

  Nick and the team are amazing always. They provide options , take care of your concerns, really help you choose a car, advise on do's n donts especially when renting Toyotas. I like that they maintain transparency and honor customer bookings in the order it is made. Very friendly and my goto place to book rental in SLO
