I didn't know I could upgrade the car five more dollars to get a another luxury vehicle like mine. Overall the car got being where I was going and that's all that matters.

Be careful renting from this location. My experience involved a dirty vehicle, a breakdown in the middle of nowhere at night, and an extremely frustrating response from Enterprise’s roadside assistance. When I picked up the car, it was dirty, and I found someone’s socks in the back seat. I asked to switch vehicles but was told no. They offered to clean it, but I needed to get on the road immediately and couldn’t wait. The car later broke down on the road in the dark. The first roadside assistance representative told me to turn off the engine, wait five minutes, restart it, and continue driving. I did not feel safe driving a car that had just broken down, so I refused to continue. During my calls with roadside assistance, I was also told that the vehicle had not been serviced in over 1,000 miles, which made me even more concerned about its condition. We spent approximately three hours stranded with weak cell reception while roadside assistance struggled to locate us and find an available towing company. They asked us to stay until the tow truck arrived, but I told them I did not feel safe waiting there any longer and asked them to arrange an Uber so we could get home. Even that was mishandled. The pickup location they provided was incorrect, resulting in two failed Uber pickups. We finally got home because the last Uber driver was kind enough to call us directly and make the effort to find us. Being stranded at night was frightening enough. Having to repeatedly struggle to get help made it worse. I am deeply disappointed in both the condition of the rental and the way Enterprise handled the situation. Customers deserve a clean, properly maintained vehicle and reliable assistance when something goes wrong.

I have had a great experience with the Enterprise location on Broad Street in San Luis Obispo. The customer service is excellent, both online and in person. The online booking process is easy, the vehicles are always clean and ready for pickup, and the overall rental process is smooth and hassle-free. I regularly rent from this location when attending work conferences and have never had any issues. Overall, it has consistently been a positive experience.

Made the mistake of booking with this company instead of another car rental agency at the same airport. Very shady in not only the way I'm getting charged, but also how you can't even directly contact them. With their neighbor agency, when I booked a time outside of open hours through Amex (so I couldn't see their open hours) I could call a number that went straight to their desk and coordinate for late night car pickup. With Enterprise, their phone number goes to a random call center that told me as long as I entered my flight info (which I did) there will be a way to get my car up to 2 hours after hours. There was no one there. THE WORST PART was, when I picked up my prepaid car rental the next day, instead of taking off the price of one business day, they readjusted my daily rate so that my final bill was the same. If that doesn't scream shady business practices I don't know what does. Basically got told to talk to Amex about my billing, but when Amex tried to look into it, Enterprise completely wiped the original daily charge info so there was no way to tell how much i should be getting back
