  A little late for this review but here it is. I bought two Rams from Cole before moving to the bay area. I bought a new Ram Rebel in Monterey in 2023 and unfortunately had nothing but problems with it. After going to 3 different dealerships up here, they failed to duplicate or resolve the issues it was having. I always had good experiences dealing with Jodi and Tony in the service center at Cole in SLO so I reached out to them. Tony said to bring it down and they would do everything they could to find the problem... and they did! They generally took the time to find and resolve the issues my truck was having and I was extremely relieved. Their service department is the best!

  On an RV trip and had truck trouble with our 2019. Andrew the service writer got us right in and troubleshot the problem. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Ordered the parts and when they came in, they got right on installing the parts. Truck runs great. Thanks

  I have been a customer of this dealership for more than fifteen years, and frankly, I am not a fan of dealerships in general. This one, however, is second to none, five star, when it comes to both service and sales. It is run with the care and consideration you would expect from a family-owned business, and that attitude shows in everything they do. I have worked with Tony for years on both major and minor truck service issues, and he has consistently provided white-glove, concierge-level service that makes the experience feel more like staying at a five-star hotel than visiting a dealership. Tony brings deep technical knowledge and an excellent understanding of every issue I have ever placed in his hands. Their mechanics are equally impressive. Zac, in particular, is a first-place nationally awarded RAM mechanic—an achievement that is not easy to earn—and his expertise shows in the quality and precision of his work. Zac and the rest of the team are truly among the best. They approach their work with the precision of surgeons, working in exceptionally clean, organized service bays that are worth seeing for yourself. Over the years, they have helped me through blown transmissions, engine problems, and many other significant repairs. The sales team is no different. When I needed to purchase a truck, I intentionally shopped around first and did not give them the benefit of being my first call. Once I told them I was actively comparing dealerships, they located the truck I wanted and beat every other price I had received—without me having to negotiate back and forth. That level of straightforwardness and effort is rare in vehicle sales. This review is also years overdue, and that is entirely on me. After more than fifteen years of consistently excellent experiences, I should have posted it a long time ago. I can wholeheartedly say this is the only RAM dealership I trust without hesitation to sell me a vehicle and care for it afterward as though it were their own.

  Came in the service department to have them look at my truck as it is stuck on first gear and can't get past 10mph. Dealership attempted to fix this problem twice and replaced the TCM twice Dealership advised me to have it replaced the 3rd time at another dealership. (NERVE) 6000 dollars in repairs costs and this truck sat at their dealership for 8 months. Service manager and service advisor do not return my calls and now my truck just sitting at my driveway nonfunctional. Terrible experience. This dealership was only helpful before they collected my money. Once they have my money, no support.
