Amazing dealership, great team both Micheal’s from financing and Mark my salesman, took me 45 minutes to close out the deal after approval, it was worth it to drive all the way up from LA more than 3.5 hours and whatever bean told us on the phone was all true and legit without trying to add anything on top of the sale, I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase and the way this team took care of me, highly recommended 👍

A huge shoutout as well to Michael in finance! He made what is usually the most intimidating part of buying a vehicle incredibly easy and straightforward. Interesting concept of having the sales people as non-commisson provided a different experience. Having a Car business background in Sales and Management we always dread what we used to call lot lizards 🦎 back in the day. Here the experience was pleasant, the representative was pretty knowledgeable BUT explained about 1 particular vehicle thoroughly asked if we wanted see anything else we said no and he walked back inside. Never asked if we are buying today, or when our time frame was. Didn't explain any specials like the 0% financing on the website, etc. I guess good and bad, I would bet that this dealership is leaving a lot of money on the table, even though the model of commission salespeople sometimes can be annoying without that carrot the salesperson doesn't have the motivation coach, lead and guide the buyer down the path to ownership. They had almost the perfect vehicle there, color options, etc., not one attempt to close and then when they felt they had explained just walked back inside, nothing more than a robot could do. We as salespeople are the most valuable aspect of selling a product and the average person needs that encouragement, knowledge and interaction to buy, in my opinion in which our experience was lacking.

Went in with a tire wear concern on my 24 Ram 3500. “Service Advisor” Johnie stated Heavy duty trucks get “zero” warranty on alignments or tires. I already knew that the manufacturer for Nexen tires offers warranty on premature wear. Contacted Ram corporate and verified my alignment may be covered under warranty after inspection. If you do decide to use their service department you may want to do your own research because I was about to pay for an alignment and new tires on my dime. I ended up calling Santa Maria Ram and he was able to confirm the warranties that may apply.
Edit: This is not the only time they brushed off my concerns(service department). I asked about a defect on my grill(the finish was coming off after 6 months of ownership) and was told to ask the dealership I bought it from since they “know me and my truck”

This place is awful. They are rude and do rushed work and will refuse you service for being a loyal customer and giving them 60k of your money. Be very careful and document everything when you get work done there or you will be back in shop two weeks later with magically another issue that's thousands of dollars worth of work. There is no customer loyalty and they will rush your job and create issues with your vehicle just so you have to return to spend more money.
