  My friend and I stopped by AutoZone before our long drive from SLO to LA after realizing his coolant was low. We weren’t sure which coolant to use, but Angel and Eddie were incredibly helpful and guided us in the right direction. One of them even gifted us distilled water he had personally purchased! What really stood out was when Angel noticed us trying to open the coolant system and immediately ran outside to stop us, saving us from serious third-degree burns. Thanks to Angel and Eddie. They truly went above and beyond, and we’re extremely grateful for their kindness and genuine concern for our safety. Amazing customer service!

  Good location with great staff. They were ready and able to give a free OBD II scan and print out the codes and reports. They were also happy to discuss the issue without claiming certainty or trying to sell any products. The report does generate some automatic suggestions for products but the staff does not take it as gospel. Never had any issues with inventory or purchasing either. Edit: the code was a bad fuel/air mixture related one. The staff offered helpful suggestions and insight (from simple to a sensor issue or leak (we checked the air filter for clogs), to more serious ones like a fuel pump issue). Turns out it was a massive gash in the air intake hose which I noticed when I inspected it again at home. We missed it at the store as it was under a fold.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received at AutoZone. Cristian was incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was visiting the area from Southern California and was simply alone when I noticed my car was having a little trouble starting. I stopped by AutoZone because I wanted to have the battery tested. Cristian immediately took the time to check it and determined that the battery needed to be replaced. He reassured me that they would take care of the installation and made me feel safe and confident that I was in good hands. What impressed me even more was that Cristian was extremely busy and was already on his lunch break, but he still took the time to help me. His manager eventually asked him to go to lunch, but Cristian made sure I was taken care of before stepping away and left me in good hands. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the gentleman who assisted with installing the battery, but I want to thanks both of you for your kindness, professionalism, and for making me feel safe and taken care of. Your customer service was truly exceptional. I especially appreciated how you explained each step of the process. It was clear that you both have a great deal of knowledge and genuinely care about helping your customers. Thank you again, Cristian and the AutoZone team! You have an amazing staff, and your customer service is something to be proud of.

  Angel is the best! I had a great experience thanks to him because he went above and beyond to help me with my car. He took the time to properly diagnose my battery issue and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was kind, patient, and genuine. He really seemed like he wanted to truly help me rather than make a sale. It’s not often you find someone who’s willing to go out of their way to help a customer. This Autozone has a great team. Thank you so much for the help!

  I want to give a special shoutout to Christian for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. The store was busy full of customers and I had a damaged battery that was under warranty but it was discontinued and instead of him just dismissing me and saying that he couldn’t help me he made a couple of calls and replaced it with a comparable one. Lukas got it installed quickly so I could drive 2 hours back across 46 where it’s “no man’s land” with confidence. Thank you to this team!
