- SCsusan chung5 days ago4.0This location provides free use of micro fiber cleaning cloth and vacuum use with each wash. The vacuum has strong suction and works really well. The car wash is unlimited with my membership per month and will be going to this location more. Some other location give free vacuum use. Only downside is that the car doesn't get clean well as I'd. Still good value for my membership 👍🏻

- MNMark NAug 26, 20261.0I went in and purchased a single car wash, and what should have been a simple visit turned into a very frustrating experience. After going through the wash, I pulled into the vacuum area to wipe down the exterior of my still-wet vehicle and vacuum the interior. A security guard was standing directly behind my vehicle watching me. As I was getting ready to leave, he approached me and said I needed to pay for using the vacuum because Quick Quack employees told him I had not purchased a car wash. I explained that I had paid and had just gone through the wash. Instead of an employee coming over to verify my purchase, I was essentially treated like I was lying. The security guard and I ended up having words while the Quick Quack employees stood by and did nothing to clear up the situation. What makes this even more frustrating is that Quick Quack checks customers in using their license plates, so it should have been very easy for an employee to verify that I had paid. It also should have been fairly obvious that I had just gone through the wash considering I was wiping down a wet vehicle. Only as I was pulling away did the security guard finally acknowledge that I had, in fact, paid. No paying customer should be put in the position of having to defend themselves over a service they purchased. If Quick Quack feels it needs security monitoring customers at the vacuum station, that's their decision, but accusing a paying customer of not paying without first verifying it is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. A simple car wash should not end with a customer being made to feel like a liar.

The longer version: After the initial wash, I drove straight to the vacuum line which was obscenely long (30+ min wait in the middle of a weekday). I don't think they do a good job of making sure only customers are using the vacuums. When I finally got to the vacuums and got out, I noticed my car was still dirty. No problem, I'll just go back through the wash. Unfortunately, when I pulled around back to the wash they said it had been past 30 minutes so I would have to pay again to use the wash. What?? So because I waiting in the looooong line you aren't managing properly, I am penalized for your mistake? I was literally on your property the whole time. And there's no safe/easy pull over spot to check your car after coming out of the wash. You're pretty much put into the line for the vacuums right away. What a silly way to lose an otherwise loyal customer.
- KBKevin BreesAug 10, 20261.0Something recently happened where they started turning off the overhead brushes that scrub your hood windshield and trunk, so I repeatedly drove back through to a total of eight times and there is still chalk marks on my windshield. I asked to speak to a manager I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I called and filed a complaint and after eight times driving through you would think that somebody would take a minute to understand, but they kept doing the same thing over and over turning off the overhead Brushes. “Factory dealer installed roof rack from San Leandro Hyundai on an electric car.”. The car is brand new, 3 months old with stock factory equipment and they refuse to wash the top of the car.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
