  I made my rental reservation about a month in advance. When I arrived due to California getting ready to host the world cup their sprinter van selection was basically gone. Ebony and two other young men went way above and beyond to take care of me and get me the vehicle I had rented. They even drove it a city over to me at my hotel to swap out the vehicles. They took some off the final bill and just did so much to make sure I was happy. I have another trip I'm flying down to California again in July and will be booking a rental for that trip today or tomorrow. Thank you all for the professionalism and taking care of me.

  I was very satisfied with Dylan and his coworker — unfortunately I didn’t get the other employee’s name. I’m very happy with the customer service they provided. They were both very professional, friendly, and respectful. They truly know how to treat customers and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Great experience overall with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  The manager in the truck rental half of the store was extremely helpful and prompt. I spent no time waiting. He got me what I needed and made sure I was good. His staff were completely professional and nice at the same time. From the phone call to me getting there, the customer service was exceptional. If need to I will be using this location again.
