  This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from Enterprise. We will only purchase our cars from them. The cars are reliable and well maintained. The sales staff makes you feel like family and not pressured to buy.

  I really want to commend the San Leandro Enterprise Car Sales team for an exceptional customer experience. If I could rate my car-buying experience 110/100, I would! Yousef N. was incredibly helpful from the very first call I made about two weeks ago. I am the type of buyer who usually knows exactly what I want, so I simply told him the make and model I was looking for and that I needed to purchase a car as soon as possible. From that point on, he made sure communication was clear and consistent, whether through email or phone calls. Timing was especially important because I needed to complete the purchase before leaving the country on September 7. Yousef found the car I wanted and kept me updated throughout the entire process until the day I finally had the keys in my hands. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I also want to give a big shoutout to Paul, Boris, and the entire team. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I have purchased cars in the past, but I have never received this kind of treatment. If I need another car in the future, I would definitely come back here, not simply because it is the closest location to me, but because I know I will receive a great customer experience. I intentionally say “experience” rather than just “service” because that is truly how good it was. This was, by far, my best car-buying experience to date. I would highly recommend the San Leandro Enterprise Car Sales team to anyone. I know they will be treated professionally, respectfully, and with genuine care.

  My experience with Enterprise Car Sales was absolutely great! The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and helpful, and they made sure I understood everything throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience
