  Dear Robert, I am writing to follow up on my previous message. The bottom line is that I was not made aware of the risks associated with driving my RV away from the Cummins facility, despite the diagnostic facts your team had gathered. As a result, I was left stranded on the side of the freeway in a dangerous situation, with my wife and dog, facing the constant threat of passing traffic. Please elevate this matter to your management immediately. It is critical that this is addressed so that others are not put in harm's way due to a similar lack of communication regarding vehicle safety and performance risks. I look forward to your response.   The crew I deleted with were honest and straight forward about my problem. It's not there fault that Newscume and the liberals have made it so they can't get parts to repair my RV generator. Again the service was great and fair as far as labor charge for the information (even bad info). Honesty and customer service goes a long way in my book

  Terrible service. Called ahead to order, but no one knew anything when I got there before close. Manager's clueless smh
