I had a smooth and easy experience with Collin at this Enterprise location. I was first one there to pick up and drop off and he handled our reservation quickly. He made the experience enjoyable and I recommend anyone to rent a car through this location. Thanks Collin!

Local, fast, and friendly. We got exactly the truck that we needed and they worked with our insurance company to get it paid for.

The Enterprise branch in San Juan Capistrano is outstanding. Marcus, Collin and the team are professional, knowledgeable and care about the customer just as Jack Taylor did when he started Enterprise Rent A Car after being a hero in WWII ( Jack Taylor served on the USS Enterprise ) We have been doing business with this branch for 10 years, renting vehicles for business (sometimes for fun too) every day for multiple and consecutive years. This Enterprise branch and the fine associates that work here do so in accordance with the principals of personal honesty and integrity, the same principals that Jack Taylor insisted upon when he first founded, operated and built Enterprise. These are the same principals that Chrissy Taylor (amazing granddaughter of Jack Taylor) as CEO, continues to insist that Enterprise and its associates follow every day. This is the very best and most reliable rental transportation company in the area of San Juan Capistrano with the most talented professionals to super satisfy all of your transportation requirements from commercial to exotic vehicles. Stop in and talk to Marcus, Collin or one of the fine associates at this Enterprise branch and you will be traveling in style with the best of the best.
