  Horrible. Poor kid working the front was thrown to the fire by his management. Waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle that I had pre-checked online. They have a schedule of vehicles going in and out. They knew they were going to have a lot of business going on and his manager did nothing. Absolutely horrible. I will never use this place again. Managers name is Tyler Harper.

  They failed to pick up car as requested at the end of rental.

  They always have a car, it is never ready when we get there. "It is being cleaned as we speak", "ready any minute", etc. But in Enterprise defense, the cars are clean when we finally get them. I do not understand why Enterprise doesn't keep info on frequent local neighborhood renters. I have been renting from the same location 4 or 5 times a year, for one week to one month, for about the last 7 or 8 years. You would think I would not be treated as a first time renter every time I step through the door. I know the car I want, with HERTZ I go to the rental lot look for my name on the board, go to the assigned number and drive away. Why can't Enterprise do something similar for frequent renters. I am ready to look elsewhere, locally.
