I have had good experience with them before. However, today when I took my car for an oil change, the exterior windows/windshield were not cleaned and the interior was not vacuumed. Yet, both these items were marked completed on the invoice. I did see another car get its windows cleaned, so looks like it depends on which technician you get on whether the checklist is followed or not. Hopefully they standardize their check list/training so that all customers get the same experience.

Really great service at this shop! I was referred here by a tire shop who couldn’t help with the nail in my tire due to location of the nail. Everyone was very professional, gave me a typed estimate, and helped me right away. They also pointed out I needed a new front tire too, so we got taken care of too. They explained things point by point which I appreciated. Will definitely come back up here for my oil changes, etc.

I had a great experience at Speedee Oil Change! AJ and the entire crew were extremely professional, respectful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and they even brought me a cucumber drink, which was delicious and a very thoughtful touch. Not only was the service excellent, but the cleanliness and overall environment of the shop were outstanding. The facility is well-maintained, organized, and comfortable. I also want to recognize the new owner and AJ's management team for creating such a positive atmosphere. Their commitment to customer service really shows. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and professional service. I'll definitely be coming back!
