  Book appointment for 11:00AM, get on site 15 minutes early, a receptionist ask how they can help, I responded have an appointment at 11:00AM for wheel alignment and a guy came out said we’re fully booked and ask you to drop it off the car but I specifically mention that i going to wait. How the hell they confirmed the online appointment if they cannot fulfill the given time. Waisted time!!!

  The service was prompt and I was fit into a busy schedule. I was able to price compare and Skips was the best deal. Manager patiently waited and understood my needs. Thanks Skips they have been my go to tire place for the last decade 🙌🏽

  I went here a few months ago for an oil change. They did a free tire rotation. They tell me I need front brake pads. I have been looking for a new mechanic/shop since I moved from Sacramento. My gut told me to take it to my mechanic in Sac. I bought this car here in San Jose so my mechanic had not inspected this car yet. So I did, I took it to T-Rex Auto in Sac and I needed brakes & rotors all the way around and new control arms. They came with receipts. They always provide pictures and video. When they do my oil changes, I get a video of them putting the correct amount of oil in my car. Do not go here! Oh I got an alignment supposedly. I should have went right back to them on the alignment but if they couldn’t do it right the first time what’s the point?! I wonder if they changed my oil?

  they lie to me about my tie hitting a nail that's not patchable when my tire indeed was patchable. Will not go back anymore and they did not take care of me.

  I scheduled an 11:00 am appointment for a routine oil change and dropped my car off on time. Since I knew the service shouldn’t take very long, I went to watch “The Odyssey”, which is about three hours long. I expected my vehicle to be ready before the movie ended, but I never received a call or text with an update. Around 3:00 pm, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was shocked to learn that my car hadn’t even been worked on yet. At that point, it had been sitting there for roughly four hours despite having a scheduled appointment. Later, my fiancée dropped me back off at the shop, and by then it was almost 4:00 pm. I asked the front desk what the delay was and why a simple oil change was taking so long. I was told they were waiting for another customer to approve work on their vehicle. That explanation didn’t make sense to me. I don’t understand how another customer’s approval should prevent my scheduled oil change from being completed, especially after nearly five hours. Another customer who dropped off their vehicle around the same time I did appeared to have already received their car back. This used to be a great shop with a staff that was transparent and respectful of customers’ time. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. This is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment for an oil change only to have my car sit at the shop for most of the day. Appointments should mean something, and there was very little communication about the delay. I value businesses that respect their customers’ time, and based on my recent experiences, I won’t be returning.
