  I bought and installed four tires from this center a few months ago. When I picked up the car and got home, I noticed a crack in the rear light. When I went back to complain, the staff said this problem had nothing to do with them and they didn't care. I am completely dissatisfied with their service and behavior.

  I came in to have a repair done to my right rear wheel, as it was leaking air. did not buy the tire from them as they don’t sell 13” tires, I had to buy all four of my tires from a third party and had them install them. Because of that they charged me $55 to fix the leak because said they don’t fix someone else’s tire for free. Fair enough, but when the fix was completed I found out the problem was with the valve stem and not the tire. I don’t think they should have charged me since the problem was not with the tire but with the installation, which is what I paid for originally. They also charged me to balance the wheel, part of the $55 charge, which I didn’t request. In addition, the paperwork says the “tire in” tire pressures that were stated was incorrect and the “tire out” pressures were also incorrectly stated. In fact the wheel which was fixed had an incorrect tire pressure, it was way above the pressure required for my car. I’m not saying not to have your car serviced by this company, just watch them like a hawk since I find all companies of this sort are pretty much the same.

  It’s the best neighborhood place to go for tires and minor service on your car. My family and have come to Skips for years.

  I recently purchased four new tires for my all\-wheel\-drive Kia Telluride from Skip’s Tires and had a very good experience\. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my service advisor even gave me a ride home while the work was being done, which I appreciated\. The tire prices were reasonable\. I might have found a slightly better deal elsewhere, but the overall value and service made up for it\. They also matched a competitor’s price on a four\-wheel alignment\. After the alignment, they showed me the before\-and\-after measurements\. Not every wheel was exactly within spec, but they explained they had adjusted everything within the vehicle’s factory limits and that perfect numbers would require more extensive work\. That seemed reasonable\. Overall, I’m happy with the service and professionalism and would return to Skip’s Tires for future needs.
