  Dangerous installation error on a staggered setup – check their work Be very careful if you bring a vehicle with a staggered wheel setup (like a Tesla Model Y Performance) to this shop. I brought in 3 replacement tires to be mounted: one 255mm tire for the front and two 275mm tires for the back (leaving one existing 255mm tire on the front axle). Instead of matching the staggered setup properly across the front and rear axles, the technicians mixed them up left-to-right. They mistakenly mounted a 255mm tire and a 275mm tire on the same front axle, and a 255mm and 275mm on the rear axle. Driving an EV home with mismatched tire widths on the same axle is incredibly dangerous for traction control, braking balance, and vehicle stability. The Update: I brought the vehicle back first thing the next morning. Management took the safety oversight seriously, apologized, and immediately corrected the configuration at no cost. They verified that the 9.5J wheels were correctly placed on the front axle (housing the two 255mm tires) and the 10.5J wheels were on the rear axle (housing the two new 275mm tires). They also checked to ensure the tire beads weren't damaged during the dismount and hand-torqued the lugs back to Tesla's required 129 lb-ft (175 Nm) spec. While I appreciate the manager’s fast action and professionalism in making it right, a basic mix-up like this is a severe safety hazard that should never happen in a professional garage.   ⭐ 1 star. Overpriced for just removing a nail from my tire, and it took forever. Not worth it.

  I've used skips for years to have my tires replaced and recently stopped by to have my daughter's brakes fixed. They discovered air in the lines. What I appreciated most was their honesty because what could have been a brake replacement costing thousands, was only a $200 visit.

  Avoid this place. They operate like a scam! I called on Friday to get an appointment for oil change. I specifically asked if it can be done within 2 hrs. The person on the phone said it only takes 45 mins to 1 hr for oil change. The earliest available was 8:30 am on Saturday. I checked in on time at 8:30 am. The guy that checked me in said it should be done sometime this morning. Very vague! I mentioned my appointment and the call. He seemed surprised when I said I was going to wait. After 2 hours and 10 minutes after checking in , that is at 10:40 am my car was still outside. I asked for the key since I had to go. The same guy said your car is next ... again very vague! What does next mean. How long is the car in-front of me going to take?...I already waited 2 hr and 10 mins and I still have to wait unspecified amount of time to get my car into the service lot and only god knows how long it will take to finish the actual service that I made appointment for. I decided to leave. Wasted my time at this very unprofessional place. The guy just swung my key to me and he was rude at me. Please avoid this place if you do not want to have same experience. Customer service is Zero! Be aware of their cheap mail-in coupons!
