  Smooth experience with an EV tire that got punctured by a nearby construction site. Elizabeth at the front desk handled my case with professional courtesy. I ended up having to get the tire replaced because the side wall got damaged. A matching tire was arranged for same-day delivery to the shop and install & pick up by end of day. Price was reasonable when I did some quick comparison.

  Just wanted to share my experience I paid for my brand new 4 tiers an alignment oil change: After my car was completed and payment was paid my psi was sitting at 41 when the recommended psi should be 35 My right driver tire sensor was off reading the wrong tire. I went on a trip and immediately after that, my battery started dying I was a little weary since there was two items were not Correctly or there was no check completed on my vehicle before I drove it off after the service! When I went to speak to staff and let him know of my concerns he continued to not hear my concerns and kept saying that doesn’t mean that your battery would die. I’m not saying that, sir. I’m saying that when I got my service with you. I was expecting there to be an inspection so my car could be safe and there’ll be a quality there his excuse to me was that unfortunately that technician was new and maybe he wasn’t Aware that they needed to be calibrated, And sometimes their Air equipment is off! But I think this is important when you’re getting a service that the individual is working on the car, especially tires and the equipment you are using is up to par..now my car has a battery drain issues not saying that it’s default of anybody, but I’m just a little wary since the person who worked on my vehicle was new on the equipment from what I was told from the staff if “sometimes off”just my experience! My Battery was not draining before this issue just came on set the day of Service of course I’m not blaming anybody for my vehicle having issues. I just feel a little weary after the two things that were very minimal. The psi being off as well as my sensor being off that my vehicle wasn’t properly serviced. Will definitely not be going back after I was told the person that was working on my car was new and sometimes their “equipment is off” Instead of being very customer service oriented, he was being very combativeOnce again, just my experience

  Like the name says SKIP ..SKIP THIS PLACE...Woow horrible HORRIBLE place! Do not go! They r hungry for $ I had a Flat wheel and I came in today at 635 . I have come here before and spend over $500 but today when I needed the help the most they did not WANT TO HELP ME JUST BECAUSE I WAS ASKING FOR JUST A PATCH due to a Nail! They notice it was not good sale on 💰 for them and they didnt care to send me on the road with flat wheel and nail in it. when talking to them about the flat .they say they are close when their time said 7pm. I asked the guy that it said 7pm and it is not that time yet that's why I came in. He said no it takes to long it needs to dry, we are close at 7. Yet a week ago a customer came in FEW MINUTES!!!! BEFORE CLOSING TIME...(go check her comment)SAME AS ME WITH A FLAT AND GUESS WHAT? BECAUSE SHE BOUGHT NEW WHEELS THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE FEW MIN THEY HAD LEFT. ANOTHER PERSON SAID MANAGER WAS PUSHING HIM TO BUY NEW 🛞 AS WELL.(check the comment) SO THIS SHOWS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!! JUST YOUR MONEY!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY R SO GROWS TROWING THE SMOKE OF CIGARRETS ON PEOPLES FACE WHEN THEY ARE TALKIN TO THEM IS NOT PROFESSIONAL . MAYBE CHANGE YOUR FREAKING TIME TO 630 IF YOU JUST WANT TO SMOKE FOR THE LAST 30 MIN . NEVER AGAIN! And I regret wasting my first visit with you. I went to another auto place that was closing soon& they did everything in less the 10min they actually care about people's safety and making it home. I would like to point out dude kept looking at me up and down so maybe they r not cool with LGBTQ friendly as well.

  The prices are a little on the high side but the service was great. I was stressed that day and the quick friendly service I received helped me keep it together.
