  The guy at the register said they would not balance my front tires because the tread is too low and it’s illegal according to law. They were trying to upsell me on tires. I took it elsewhere and they said the tread is fine and the did it for me.

  Andrew the person that helped me seamed a little stressed out so wasn’t very friendly. Not sure if something may have been detracting him but he seemed stressed both days.

  Dropped the car off right at opening for an oil change, 7:30 AM. Got a call around 9:30 AM saying they recommend a set of new tires. Declined, saying I will go somewhere else to get tires. It is now 3:24 PM and I'm told that it will be another 45 minutes before it'll be done. When someone gets a call around 9:30 suggesting new tires, it gives the impression that their car is next in line, not shoved back down to the bottom of the list. Won't be coming here again.

  The front desk, I think her name was Liz, she was very helpful and friendly . I was on a budget and she helped me navigate a few options and that was awesome customer service. She was very honest and had a great welcoming feelings, easy to approach.

  Have had many great visits to Skips. Whether repairing a tire or buying a new set, my experiences there have been only positive. Friendly and communicative behind desk, quick turnaround and very clean, organized environment.
