  Natalie was a delight to deal with. She messaged prior to arriving to determine if the damage was repairable and ask the car to be parked in shade for best results. Service was done within 10mins. Quick and Easy! Highly recommended.

  I got my windshield replaced by them. The service was reasonably quick and I didn’t notice any problem. Everything looked same like the original condition. But I was shocked after opening the bonnet about 1 week later for regular fluid level checkups. There were so many broken and missing fender clips which they have missed to install after installing the new glass. This indicates that some of the technicians lack due diligence. This arose a doubt about the quality of rest of the work also because I don’t know what parts are missing/broken in the hidden areas. I would like to suggest everyone who gets their service to open the bonnet and check everything before you leave at least to ensure the condition of visible areas and functionality of windshield washer etc. and avoid need of a second visit. I’d like to appreciate that they quickly installed all the fender clips once I informed them after re-visiting.

  They have a dead end phone tree system. I wanted an answer to a simple yes or now question before scheduling an appointment and went somewhere else because I couldn’t speak to a human. The person or vendor who designed their phone system should be fired because I am probably not the only biz they have lost as a result of this.

  The easiest car related repair service I've ever experienced. It's so convenient being able to schedule online, have a technician come to you, hand over your keys, and walk away. I had received multiple confirmations by text and email. I was notified who my technician was and received a call from him to confirm time window. Christopher was friendly, polite, and got the job done within the time frame he estimated. Everything went smoothly and required very little effort on my end.
