The store’s roots date to 1875, two decades before the advent of the American auto industry. The business dates to the horse-and-buggy days. Indeed, founder Amable Normandin, a blacksmith and sleigh maker from Montreal, opened it as a buggy-making shop.

What an excellent service department. From the moment I contacted them by phone until I drove away after having my recall issue resolved, everyone was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had been using Steven’s Creek CDJR as my go to but they never had the part needed for my recall. One phone call to Normandin and they said they also did not have the part but said they would get it from Chrysler, which they did.
In the future I will be utilizing Normandin and will recommend Normandin to my friends.

Great team, great service. I'm going here and never to Stevens Creek Dodge again! I feel safe with the knowledge and treatment I received at Normandin!
Charlene made sure I was taken care from phone to leaving. Confirming time, coffee, paperwork everything was in order!
Thank you so much for one of the best experiences at a auto service center ever!

Went in for an oil change & rotation, as well as to process a potential warranty claim for an obvious defective part after $40k mi. Warranty claim was denied and I was charged $295 for a visual inspection for an obvious broken exhaust bracket that I advised them of ahead of the service which was easily visible while the vehicle was already on the lift getting the oil change.
Tried to discuss and work it out with the Service Director and ask to have the $295 waived (I might have even met in the middle if they were willing to be reasonable) - given the obvious root cause of the defect and the fact the vehicle was already on the lift, requiring very little effort on the technician’s time.
The Service Director was less than willing to discuss a compromise and piled on further justification for an extended inspection was needed to find the issue and ensure that the broken bracket was indeed the problem - further adding insult to me that it “could be in the suspension”…really… at idle?! None of this “extended inspection” was even noted on the technician’s notes on my work order. The work order simply stated that the abnormal rattle at idle was caused by a “broken DPF and that the portion that is welded to the exhaust pipe is completely broken” which was essentially the same thing I said before the service. Tried several attempts to reason with the Service Director - but there was zero effort in the end by him to try to make it right and just held the narrative…
I get it, I have no ground to stand on, both of the service advisors doubled down and stayed firm on the policy - I had no choice but to pay the $295 and leave with my broken Jeep extremely frustrated, regretting my decision to try for an obvious warranty claim. Sad that’s what their service is like nowadays I guess.
UPDATE, lowered my original generous two star rating to one star… To top all this off, when I got home I ended up finding drips of oil on my driveway shortly after getting home from the oil change. There was oil all over the frame that wasn’t cleaned up from the oil filter change - Normandin is the only one who has changed the oil in my Jeep and the mess was NEVER there before the service! Unbelievable.
The whole experience today has been a shame - because this used to be a good dealership I actually enjoyed working with in the past. Guess that $295 was worth it.
Ecodiesel owners beware - this broken DPF bracket issue is all over the internet. Don’t make the same mistake I did hoping for a warranty fix… I’ll now have to try to discuss the issue of the broken DPF bracket with FCA corporate, something that should be covered by the 8yr/80k federal emissions warranty for a manufacturing defect of the $3000 DPA filter assembly - which the bracket “should” be welded to.

I scheduled a diagnostic for my vehicle to get checked through an extended warranty, when I called I asked about how much my portion of the diagnostic would be; the representative on the phone let me know they they would need to contact the warranty company to find out, cool no big deal I scheduled it took it in and was assigned to Bao Nguyen. When leaving my vehicle for inspection again I ask about how much my portion for DIAGNOSTIC would be; he states he would have to contact my warranty company to find out but their rate was 295 pero item they checked. I again ask if he could call me to let me know how much my portion would be so I can ensure it would be reasonable, he says yes he’d give me a call. Hours go by and I do receive a call but him saying “theirs no issues you just need a tune up and reprogram your radio, and when I ask how much my portion would be for the diagnostics he says well that would be 295 per item we checked, and as I am telling him our previous conversation when I dropped my car off he openly admits to confusing what I was asking and say I have to pay the full amount of the diagnostics because he misunderstood what I was talking about earlier. When the manager calls she states the best she can do is 400 to get my vehicle back and she as well admits to being sorry for her technician not understanding my question. I don’t mind paying for a service but not under someone not paying attention to their job and now that costing me 400. I suggest to anyone dealing with this location ENSURE their technician is being alert and clear about information because even though they admitted to being wrong it was still a mistake at my expense.

I brought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid (55k miles) here after they replaced the hybrid battery under warranty in Dec 2025. Unfortunately, the quality of that work led to multiple follow-up issues.
On our first long drive, we got repeated hybrid system warnings. Research pointed to improper coolant bleeding by the service tech after battery replacement. I later confirmed the coolant was low and topped it off myself. The van continued throwing “Service Hybrid Electric System” warnings and a CEL, so I brought it back.
1) Hybrid system issue
Codes were cleared and deemed resolved, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the improper prior work that caused us a major inconvenience.
2) Incorrect $295 diagnostic fee
I was told the Check Engine Light was due to a low 12V battery (less than a year old AGM). Walmart had already tested it as good. After reviewing the dealer’s report, the battery status showed “Stored,” not active, and test results indicated the battery passed. After pushing back to Justin McGann my service advisor, he was adamant that I had a bad battery with his years of experience, even though the litany of tests they did didnt show that. I asked that we take a multimeter and go test together. He said he wasn't a tech to be able to know how to do that. The irony of his years of experience of being able to identify a bad battery without knowing how to test it. His manager after seeing the test results agreed the charge was incorrect and refunded it. Most people probably would have paid—always double check the work folks.
3) Suspension misdiagnosis
I reported a front-left squeak. They replaced both front struts under warranty ($100 deductible). He said it was a $2k job if it wasnt covered under warranty, which is ridiculous price just to change out struts. So as much as they hit the warranty for the job, the noise was still present immediately after leaving, suggesting misdiagnosis or lack of proper test drive.
Overall
Long service times (3 weeks), poor communication, and questionable diagnostics hurt trust. Some delays may be warranty-related that is outside of their control, but clearer updates and accountability would go a long way. Also, the techs that worked on the van dirtied up the interior of the van with no attempt to wipe down. Headliner, visor, seats, all have dirty finger prints and was just left there for the customer to deal with. I sent a picture to Justin showing the dirty finger prints and there was no response. Unprofessional all around. I may try another dealership going forward.
As you see with others on here, Haris responded to my feedback leaving his number for me to calI. I got a voice mail and left him a message a few days ago now and have yet to hear back. May have just been an attempt to look good in reviews.
