  Took in the jeep wrangler because of sensors lighting up on the dashboard. I had to go back a 2nd time because one of the sensors kept popping up a false reading. Took it back a 3rd time because of the recommended repair, (yes, I approved the recommended repair) which was the oil coolant system. Welp, now the coolant is leaking all over. They gave me the car back, saying it was back to normal but it is not. It’s not even safe to drive at this point I’m going to have to tow it to a different mechanic shop.

  I had an amazing experience today selling my minivan to Normandin. I was there maybe 20 minutes and they gave me extremely fair and generous price for it. I did buy it there nine years ago. It was such an easy experience In the past, I have bought a Dodge ram there And like I said, I bought that mini van here. They always have such great customer service and polite people. They’re not really running a high-pressure tactic Kind of dealership. It’s Family owned and run. Just always nice people in the last 30 or 40 years that I’ve been going there. We’re lucky to have them in our community.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. One of my visits, I took my car in for a warranty repair (upper control arm replacement) after the repair, issues persisted and I took my car back only to find out the technicians overlooked the upper control arm, drive shaft and rear shocks needed to be replaced. When I asked the service advisor how this was missed the first time it was diagnosed, she had no answer and agreed that it was unacceptable and would have someone contact me to try and explain the failed diagnosis/inspection. I’ve had several other experiences there where I was being overcharged (core fee for transmission) lack of communication, rude service advisors… I do NOT recommend getting any work on your vehicle done here. Poor management, lack of qualified mechanics, overall poor quality. Out of the 6 months of 2026, my car has been in the service department for nearly 4 months. Take caution.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Normandin Jeep. When I originally purchased my Jeep, I brought up concerns about issues the vehicle was having. I was assured that the problems had been addressed and repaired. Fast forward a couple of years, and I am now dealing with major mechanical failures that have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs and created a significant financial hardship for my family. What is most frustrating is that many of the symptoms I’m experiencing today are similar to the issues that existed when I first bought the vehicle. Looking back, it feels like the root problems were never properly diagnosed or fixed. Instead, I was left with a vehicle that continued to deteriorate over time while I trusted that the dealership had done the right thing. As a father with a young child, unexpected repair bills in the thousands of dollars are not just an inconvenience they directly impact my family’s finances and stability. Customers should be able to trust a major dealership to stand behind the vehicles they sell and to be transparent about any known issues. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but I expected honesty, thorough inspections, and proper repairs from a well-known dealership. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I cannot recommend Normandin Jeep based on how this situation has unfolded, and I hope they take customer concerns more seriously in the future.
