  I called for parts on a day they were closed and left a message about needing parts. Jose called me back as soon as they opened on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the part I needed when other dealers I called could not help. Thank you!

  This dealership goes above and beyond in providing a 5 stars service. As I got there, i was greeted by my advisor Justin who explained the entire repair process and even sent me a text to monitor the progress online. The dealership provided me with a transport to and from my house and did a fantastic job in fixing the all the issues for my truck. They also provided me with a full vehicle inspection report and maintenance things to watch out for in the future. The entire process was so pleasant and everyone treated me with respect and efficiency. The best dealership experience in my life and I am a car guy and been to many of them! Great job 👏👏👏

  As most of us know when you have your vehicle serviced at a dealership it is typically more costly than your local neighborhood mechanic. And in situations with not being able to pin point the exact compromised system that starts a chain reaction of codes and failsafe protocols in the cars designed computer system. the dealership is usually the only one who has the ability to narrow down the origin of the problem in most cases not always as even strange anomalies show up for them to to. But When they do identify the problem and it seems it would be a relatively simple repair with it comes a high labor rate, that you know your neighborhood mechanic would charge less but now the dealership has your vehicle proverbial in a hostage situation and you have to make a decision and usually it is to go into more debt or surrender the vehicle due to the high repair costs. Well I have to give a shout out to Jason at Normadin because he dealt me a solid and let me remove the vehicle and have the repair done myself or with my mechanic who has a lesser labor rate for a relatively simple repair. And offered to order the parts for me which were not both dealer only and when I saw how much the parts were they were very competitively priced so I ordered from them and shared that with my mechanic . And with all that said my mechanic said bring it over I will replace those parts for you no problem as I had just spent 7k with him rebuilding the top half of my v6 pentastar and it runs very well except for that new gremlin I call it that popped up and Hope that this combination of expertise will be a continued good relationship with Normadin and many more miles on my Jeep that I really enjoy Driving. Thank You Jason I appreciate the opportunity.

  First time I've bought a vehicle from a JEEP Dealership and from the time walked in I was greeted by sales representative Jorge which was a really helpful person. I was very happy with his personality, professionalism and how helpful he was with helping me find a new vehicle, he listend to what I was dealing with money wise and the type of vehicle I was looking for. I was also very happy with the way how he explained the break down of everything also told him I'd be paying cash did up all the paperwork got it all signed and paid for all in my name, all of that in bout 2.5 - 3 hrs. Thank you very much Jorge.

  This being my first experience with going through warranty companies and dealerships with getting my car fixed that was one of the worst experiences I could’ve had. I was told by Capitol Chevrolet to bring my car to Chrysler (which it is) to be fixed and they would work with my warranty. I make an appointment for as early as possible which is 7:45 AM and I wasn’t given an update about my car until 1:00 PM which I had to call for. I was then told the shop was backed up and my car wouldn’t have an update until the next day. The next day I was updated at 7:00 AM that they got ahold of my warranty company and that they wouldn’t work with them and I would be responsible for paying $295.00 for the diagnostic fee.
