  National is my go-to for car rentals. They take care of everything I need for rentals. Love the walk up and go.

  In and out with practically no friction. In fact, for the friction that does exist, there is absolutely nothing that National Car Rental can do to mitigate it. It's just lugging heavy luggage around the airport and on the bus and everything. It's not quite as nice as having somebody pick you up at the curb, but there's practically nothing that you could do about that unless you start offering curb service (which I would absolutely take!).

  The pickup experience was ok, but was made exceptional by staff at the exit(Sal). He thoroughly checked the car for scratches and dents upon request and was very fast and efficient at the tasks at exit. Checkout was fast, I went directly to the garage, asked for an upgrade as there were no good cars available in the selection my assistant selected for me, and drove away with the car. Much better that Hertz where despite being in president circle, I always end up wasting my time at the counter in the garage as my name often does not shows up on the board despite checking in online. In terms of vehicle inventory, I think it was limited and not really meet the bar which I expected from National.

  We did the FastPass were you go online and do payment and sign docs prior to arrival. Our car (7 passenger van) was not ready and was told it would be ready the next day. We were offered 2 smaller cars which we did not want. We were "SO called" upgraded which was a crook of crap as we all were now crowded inside a smaller vehicle. The manager Jesus was rude and should not be a manager. We asked for a portion of the rental that was ($1100) refunded and he refused that also. I will never rent a car from National again and this manager needs fired asap before he runs more of your customers off. Poor way to do business.
